Nothing at all

Scruffy dirty bedding fleas jumping all over and stains on bedding, sat up on sofa all night shower black mould all over. outside the building door it stinks of urine very poor area didn’t feel safe at all left at 6am to get away as soon as we could

Although basic, it was clean and served its purpose of being somewhere we needed to crash for the night after a Wembley concert. Only 2 stops away on the tube, so access was good. Towels provided and an en suite shower room with soap, shower gel etc.

The room was hot but they did provide a fan. There was teacups and a kettle but no means to make a cuppa, so take your own if this is important to you. The hotel is also above a night club which closes at 3am so earplugs might be a good idea if you’re a light sleeper.

No welcome, no contact number, no tea, coffee etc. TV kept loosing signal, didn't feel safe, as I was alone in the building with no way of contacting anyone and no instructions on what to do in case of a fire. Didn't make it clear Wi Fi cost extra and very expensive. There are very few shops or restaurants in the area and I certainly wouldn't have wanted to walk about late at night.

Quelques sachets de thés étaient présent avec une bouilloire, suffisant pour un petit déjeuner rapide. Il y a un Tesco à proximité ainsi qu'une petite épicerie. De plus au pied de l'hotel il y a un café pour petit déjeuner

L'absence de couverts, pas de micro-onde dans la chambre sont les seuls choses absentes. aussi il y a eu des difficultés pour joindre l'accueil afin d'obtenir les clés de la chambre.

Staff very friendly. Stayed as was going to Wembley and wanted somewhere close. Was a little noisy at night but you get what you pay for!

Outside noise - on busy road lots of loud music.

The room was easy to access and coffee, water and juice were provided. As pictured, great location and price.

There were some mould stains on the duvet and the road noise outside was unpleasant. Bed not very comfortable.

Very smalll room without facilities.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from the tube. You have all the facilities that you need for a few days in London. The staff was always very helpful and answered our requests quickly. We couldn't hear any noise at night. Happy to come back!

We liked everything however if we have to say something it is that you cannot regulate the temperature in the room. We are not a "cold family" but we felt the room was a bit chilly sometimes, however it was ok with us.

Extra charge for 3rd person after we booked for 3 people on booking.com, this is a slight step above a hostel.

There was hair in the bathroom and in the drawers , and the bed linen had not been changed, So bad!

The bathroom door was broken. We were locked in the bathroom and could not get out. I needed to push the door with great effort and force it to open. Terrible experience.

Really comfy and clean! Host was very friendly. Very close to the station
