Staff were friendly and really helpful at all times - lovely location, comfortable and clean rooms. A bit of history too with the Beatles having played there as they entered their heyday!

Nothing really, parking was a little tight at times due to available space but you could always get in.

On arrival we were upgraded to a clean spacious room with very comfortable beds. Both the evening meal and breakfast were very good and all the staff were very friendly.

We appreciated the help offered to convey our luggage upstairs. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of power points. We felt the owners had worked very hard to provide an excellent standard of accommodation. There was an excellent choice of breakfast and it was perfectly cooked.

Access to rooms is via a rather steep staircase. The room would benefit from a couple of chairs - there was plenty of space. It was difficult to control the temperature of the electric shower. Downstairs is a typical local pub and the evening menu was rather restricted to burgers, pizza etc. so we chose to eat elsewhere.

Loved our stay. Easy to find in the centre of Tenbury Wells, staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was best we had had in a long time. Our room was very clean and beds comfy. Definitely our go to hotel next time we visit the Midlands.

It's a pub. Weekend Customer's were extremely noisy and the smoking area directly below the bedroom. It was too hot with window closed and too noisy and smokey with window open. No aircon. Breakfast was poor. Only cornflakes available for cereal. Cooked food was not appetising.

The rooms were very comfortable although the showers were quite small. We loved the room overlooking the river but the other room was a little dark at the back of the hotel. The breakfasts were fantastic - perfect poached eggs!

This is a lovely hotel inside a pub. The room was very comfortable and decent sized. An excellent choice of breakfast was served, while the pub is a good place for a quiet drink and bite to eat. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We had a large, light filled, tastefully decorated room. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the room. Full English breakfast was great, and the hosts were very apologetic as there were renovations in progress. They did not affect us in any way. We would definitely stay there again.

The bed was very hard The breakfast was good until i saw the Deep Fried sausages as they had burst out of their skin and were just same colour throughout and the flavour is gone as opposed to a proper pan fried sausage. And you can tell as they are the same as you would get in a Fish and Chip shop. Lazy chef ! The bacon was delisfious !

Right next to the river staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location…our room overlooked the river. Good welcome and a jolly atmosphere throughout our stay. Very good carvery at Sunday lunchtime…..much better than most others that I have had. Parking was available, which always helps a stay! Tenbury is a pleasant little town and The Bridge is a good place to stay if you are in the town. Nice breakfast. I liked the blinds in the room too!

The public bar is just below the room and can be quite loud. Not a criticism as we enjoyed the bar and the atmosphere, but some people might not like it.
