The location is very poor and right at the top of a hill, pretty difficult if you are elderly or infirm. The neighbours are quite noisy with their music, plus they tend to shout at each other a lot!

No instructions for any of the appliances, there is NO terrestrial TV and I never did get the bedroom TV to work? The terrace is a joke, it is a small piece of concrete outside the front door. The bed settee was damp and very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time.

It was super cheap. Great communication and instructions. Nice hot water and comfortable bed. Care taken to leave toiletries and the place was clean if a bit run down Nice to have my own space

Broken cooker No plug in the sink Cleaning items out (mop bucket by toilet with dirty mop etc) Uncomfortable sofa Slightly rough area (other properties had gates and grills over doors and windows which made me worry as a lone female).

In a quiet side street. Plenty of parking. Clean but basic.

Not in Headingly, in Armley, an area of the city with it's social problems. A third of the houses have bars over their front doors. To be fair we didn't feel threatened and we had a good walk around.
