Connecting with our guest services associate Jessica was VERY EASY. She was very understanding of the complaints we had. She immediately answered our calls and was very sincere in everything she said. We loved her!

The condo itself needs to be updated and there are a lot of projects that could be fixed. the screens in the windows and door were torn, the knobs on the closets fell off. In the main bedroom the plug in on the wall didn't have a cover over it. It also was not clean. our sheets looked like it had makeup on it. When we pulled out the pull out couch the there were crumbs, cheerios and goldfish left over from the previous guests. The board games they provided; some of the essential pieces we needed were missing. The beds were not comfortable at all and not to mention the noisy neighbors above us.

living room area furniture was very uncomfortable. just wasn’t very cozy.
