Great House for multiple families. We came here for a wedding and family reunion. Great kitchen. Great spaces inside and outside for kids and teenagers. Great views as well from the family room. Close to University Mall and lots of food options.

Beautiful home. Felt like home. The basement was perfect for the kids to play and watch TV.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this well organized home. Brendon was great to work with and made checking-in and out a breeze. The home is in a great location and met all our needs. We were with friends and family and all the bedrooms really housed us very well. I would recommend this home to others!!

The perfect place for our family to stay for our sons wedding. Great backyard, comfy beds, full kitchen and so close to all we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Somewhat disappointing. Carpet was dirty. Landscaping needs lots of TLC. Playroom was awesome!

We needed a property with enough bedrooms for eight adults and eight children. We also needed a property with a large yard for the children, and for enough space (inside and out) to host a family lunch the day before the wedding. This property fulfilled all of our requirements. The property is well maintained with beautiful furnishings. It was very clean and ready for our stay. The AC worked well (important feature). We loved that each room has a ceiling fan. The kitchen is large with space to prep for our family lunch and the wedding. The kids had a great time in the backyard, the trampoline and play set were a hit, as was the large downstairs family room. The kitchen includes many amenities and a great refrigerator with a great ice maker (another important feature). The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is close to stores. Brendon (the host) was very responsive to questions and needs, and even mowed and trimmed the lawn while we were there. We'd highly recommend this property!

This is a great place, very clean and big table for game playing. Brendan was great at being available for questions, very quick with responses. I would advice you to bring ziplock bags if you need to take food home, and maybe paper cups/plates for kids, we felt we had to do the dishwasher a lot to keep up with meal times. But they had things for kitchen and bathrooms which was nice (loved the make-up rags) The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy is that the pictures showing the yard look bigger than it is, the side yard is a good size, but has playgrounds and tamp, so we just didn't have as much room to play lawn games we brought. It also isn't fully fenced if you bring a dog, and the neighbors dog kept coming in the backyard, which our kids loved so it wasn't a big deal. Oh and there are a ton of rules for the hottub that I wish was on the listing rather than reading it when we got there, it wasn't worth it for us to go in the hottub due to all the restrictions. (I understood the why but I can't imagine how many people actually would use the hottub with the rules (no makeup, shower before, no cotton shirts (like cover ups)), I can't remember the rest but it wasn't worth it to us even though we brought swimsuits). But overall it was a great place and we all had a great time!

We had a great time at the house, it was great for our families needs. I should have asked more questions about the stairs in the house. Grandma had a hard time going in and out. I blame myself for that though. The house over all is great for a family stay.

We were in town for college baseball and this was very convenient, less than 5 minutes to UVU stadium. The host was very responsive to messages. The home was very well furnished, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again when in town.

This property was the perfect home away from home during our time in Utah Valley. The location is fantastic: close to I-15 for easy access up and down the valley. The house is beautifully updated. Including a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of cozy rooms, and two large gathering areas with a fireplace. We loved going downstairs and playing Nintendo on the huge tv as a family. Brendon was a phenomenal host and was attentive to every question and need. I can't say enough great things about our experience! I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few hiccups with trying to get in and the Wi-Fi but the property manager was quick to respond. The home was clean and we all had a great time

This home was so beautiful, clean and accommodating. The host was kind and informative. Hot tub was so nice and clean. Would definitely revisit this home!

Nice modern house close to Sundance and shopping. This was perfect for our large family!

Communication with the host was easy and timely. We had a larger group of adults staying and I was able to easily add the names of all the guests staying as family members were confirmed. The beds and linens were comfortable (the sheets were so soft!). The bedrooms were a little tight for two adults but most of our time was spent together in the common areas anyway. To clarify some things in the listing, the single beds are not actually in the same room as the king bed, there are two cots available so they can go anywhere. There is no pull out couch in that bedroom either, it's a nice big master bedroom with a king bed and it's own bathroom. The dining table extended out and big enough for everyone. There were multiple streaming services available, as well as a Nintendo Switch and board games. The backyard was nice. I thought it was fully fenced but there is an open side so we couldn't let our dog off leash. The kitchen was stocked with cookware. My only complaints would be a few things in the kitchen. There was a dirty pan in the sink when we arrived, some of the baking dishes in the cabinet still had burned on remains that needed a really good scrubbing. The oven was very dirty, some of the burned food on the bottom set off the fire alarm when we used it. The floor was dirty, our socks got very dirty after walking in the kitchen. I wouldn't hold this against them though because overall it was really good, no major problems, and our family had a great holiday reunion.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family, which comprised of 8 adults and 6 kids aged 3 - 9yrs. The house was extremely clean, was plenty of room, a super yard with a trampoline and swing / slide set for the kids. It had everything we were expecting and more. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious, quiet house in Orem.

Very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Heights. Very convenient location - clean and tidy, well equipped house with garage access and a great yard with afternoon shade. Views of Utah Lake from the front rooms and a great daylight basement hangout area with a massive TV. Comfy beds and bedding and just a really well planned space. There were just 2 of us but a large family with kids in tow would have everything they needed. We loved our stay and would definitely re-book! Thank you!

Our family (adults and teens) spent a week in the home and had a fabulous stay! The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable with a family room on each floor for people to spread out. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen of any rental home we've ever stayed in. Great location - minutes from I-15 and also downtown Oren for lots to do. We will definitely return and rent again!
