Large open living space, lovely garden, quiet area with easy access to London, Harry Potter, Watford and cassiobury park is a fantastic family place to visit. Met the host who went above and beyond to help.

Bathroom was tight for a wheelchair.

Very good location. Good size property and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably Local shops within a short walking distance. Close to the town centre with reasonably priced car parking

There were quite a bit of ants, you could see them crawling on the floor, and even on the dining table.

The only concern about this stay was the fact the living room didn’t have a sofa so we couldn’t get comfortable as there was only like chairs to use other than that everything was prefect

The cottage was spacious, really well lit and with quite a generous garden. We also appreciate how fast the rooms would heat up and the fact that the area the cottage is located is a quiet one really added to our satisfaction. The kitchen was well equipped with any utensils you might need to prepare breakfast or any other meal. The host, Nadir, was really kind and gave proper instructions of how to check in and check out easily.

The shower facility could use an improvement as we encountered some difficulties with maintaining the running water at a constant temperature and the stiffness of the shower hose. A coffee machine and some extra blankets could come in handy in the future. :)
