I booked this place first. After booking I contacted the property for early check-in at 11am. The person who spoke to me over phone was very humble and he was very helpful. He said early check-in is not possible in this property due to lack of vacancy. He offered another property immediately ( suvarna elite, JP nagar) and helped us to do early check-in at 11am. The response was quick and prompt. They didn't charge anything extra for early check-in. We stayed in suvarna elite. The location is good and supermarket, kfc, Domino's, restaurants etc are at walkable distance. Particularly the suvarna group's management and customer friendlyness is good. I can confidently say this yellow house is also would be a great place to stay

1. There was no drinking water can facility at the accommodation. Later on I came to know during feedback phone call, that they arrange watercan if the customer requests for it. Actually the reception staff didn't inform us about this and we ended up buying water bottles from supermarket 2. There should be wall clock in the property

Last moment we they accomodate another property called yashishta mansion. every thing is good but few things are missing, bathroom doors are jammed,no toothpaste,only shampo and shower gel.ni Soap, gas stove is old and poor.and main thing drinking water there is no water purifier.

We had a great trip. We booked yellow house but unfortunately do to pre occupancy we couldn't be alloted that. However, as an alternative, they provided us Serviced premium apartment in an excellent location( JP Nagar). We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were really good and very supportive.

To be very honest, we liked the yellow house in the booking.com but we couldn't stay in that since in the previous day of the stay we got a call telling that its not available which was lil disappointment. However they mNaged to provide us with a great stay.

These people are worst at last movement they will cancel your reservation and they will tell you to go to some other alternative hotel they did this 2 times with me

Property staff contacted me and said they can avail me another property instead of the booked one due to unavailability.. And it was excellent. Neat clean and big with almost all amenities.. And their staff also always smiling 😃.. We have reliance mart in same building to buy groceries.

Black out curtains could be a great addition

Stay is comfortable however the floor was not clean..

It’s totally in an isolated place which is too far away from the main center…Was totally displeased and disappointed with the caretaker who didn’t even bother to turn up, while seeking assistance to get a cab for sight seeing he just arranged a local guy who was less cooperative and charged too high.. Disappointed with the caretaker …
