Good location. Free parking.
No smoke alarms in rooms. Also found a pot of rat bait. The hotel couldn't processes my payment and chose to address this with me when I arrived back to the motel at around midnight of my stay. Their machine wasn't accepting online payment and I had to use a physical card for this. They were apologetic however I was still unimpressed.

The shower was good and powerful and there was a small kitchenette which was pretty well set up. Parking right outside. Overall everything you need for a comfortable motel stop and helpful staff
It wasn’t the cleanest - they clean the room every day which was great but there was mould in the bathroom and generally it felt very worn and tired but perfectly adequate. The area isn’t great not much around so you would need a car really to make the most

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good room size. Very clean. Good facilities. Heater was sufficient. Extra heater in bedrooms.
Good pillow options. It's a great stay if you are not going use the kitchen.
Kitchen does not have any exhaust mechanism. So, if you cook something then entire apartment gets smokey.
In summer you can open the front door but we could not open in winter as it was too cold.

We made a very last minute booking just before they were due to close at 9pm. The owners were very accommodating in getting us a room and also supplying a portable bed for our child. They also gave us a thoughtful little gift for our daughter which was a very nice touch! The room was spotless and had everything we need for our quick stop. The hotel is just down the road from Riccarton Westfield mall, about a 10-20min drive to the city centre and Margaret Mahy playground depending on traffic. Very good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
We could hear the person next door snoring but otherwise the room was very quiet for being on a main road.

Great location, nice and quiet, friendly host, milk came in glass bottle, comfortable and clean. I got a deal for this place and I do believe this price better matched the full price compared to others we have stayed in. Sweets in a dish on arrival, nice touch. Fancy way they folded the towels and hung them.
Hovering staff outside door waiting to get in and clean before checkout time.

Very tidy, clean and warm unit. Away from the road so was quiet at night. Nice friendly staff even offered the kids a lollipop when we checked in!
Probably the best value for money stay we have ever had in Christchurch.
Would definitly stay here again.

Good size shower box with good shower pressure. Good size kitchenette with sufficient lounge dining space for 2. Good wall heater. Motel on main bus route. Shops nearby and supermarket. Good wardrobe in lounge.
Small bedroom with 2 small beds but comfortable beds. Door to bedroom couldn't close. The couch had a hard board under the cushions so very uncomfortable. Very tight parking. Busy street which can be very noisy with traffic and people.
