Overall the accommodation is a great size. There are lots of facilities in the kitchen. Comfy beds and sofas and everything you could need for a good stay. Free parking immediately outside of the front door was great.

Fluctuating weather conditions meant sometimes it was a little chilly but there were lots of throws to use. Unsure of where to shop locally for supermarket goods.

The building and interior was gorgeous, the view was amazing and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. What a beautiful part of the world. I did not want to go home, I extended my 3-night trip by 2 more nights!

Perfect location. Host seems to be a lovely lady. Plenty of interesting books to read. Very quiet, clean & relaxing apartment during our stay.

Self catering apartment. Property opposite the beach easy for changing. Several good beaches and cliff walks on the doorstep. Broadstairs town the nicest along this stretch - we only discovered the sunbeds and umbrellas there after the hot days! Ramsgate harbour was good to spend time and watch the activity with a bonus of off sea winds on the hottest day.

1. About the house - It's difficult to see how it could be altered because of space, but one had to lean over the electric plate cooker to reach the sink and taps. Need good relationship with ones's co-cook! 2. Nothing to do with the house but with the popular beaches - the jammed up roads on the approaches to the beaches. Kingsgate Bay is quite quiet so we had made a good choice.

Lovely historic building, peaceful environment, great location.

The host was very friendly and welcoming whilst allowing us our private space. She also helped immediately with a request. The accommodation was large, spacious and well equipped with beautiful furniture and furnishings. It was also very clean and we were provided with towels and bedding. The bed was lovely and there was a long mirror in one bedroom and plenty of shelf/cupboard space in both bathrooms.The location was excellent with the beach on the doorstep and a pub serving good, affordable food just a very short walk from the accommodation. A great place for walking and a good base to drive into Broadstairs and surrounding towns.

The location is beautiful, lovely and quiet and great views. Great walks along the coast line to Broadstairs.

The host was lovely - very friendly and helpful. The flat itself was very comfortable indeed with everything you could need and super clean. The position of it on top of the cliff gave wonderful views and the steps to the beach were right opposite the front door. Although it sits on a road, it was very quiet at night and you could just hear the waves.

The position makes it a little remote but I'm used to shops on my doorstep! You did have to drive to get essentials like milk etc. There wasn't a shop within walking distance. But that's what you get for peace and quiet and a fantastic, uninterrupted, sea view!
