Everything about the property was as advertised.

A great, spacious, well equipped property in a really good location to explore the Victoria area, with all the amenities required near by. We enjoyed a great 2 night stay here (family of 4 plus grandparents) when travelling down the island on our visit from the UK and would highly recommend this property. Arthur was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a query.

Unfortunately construction work nearby was noisy during our visit.

It is a lovely unit with plenty of space and everything one could need for a kitchen except for no dishwasher. The patio area was quiet and private and a great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

We drove right past the place as it was difficult to see the street address and it is a very steep road up to the unit. But once there is was great. The only thing missing was a barbecue.

We really appreciate all the little things our host thought of, such as a coffee grinder and machine, tea, a water filter, extra towels, shampoo, and dinnerware, in their quiet neighborhood of Langford, about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. A copy of the door code, WiFi password, and emergency contact information was provided in an email sent before our arrival, and the same information was also left at the suite.

There is just one bathroom in the unit, so a group of six will need to plan ahead. :) Otherwise, everything was great.

Two issues that I gave 9 out of 10: 1. There's only one washroom, while for a 3-bedroom normally we need more than one washroom. 2. The above neighbor's flooring that is the facility's ceiling is very noisy whenever someone walking upstairs. Otherwise, everything was fine! Thanks!

We loved the place!

Nothing. Everything was good.

Location, very clean, communication and instructions were excellent, comfortable beds, kitchen was fully equipped, terrace was lovely and in the shade so on a hot day it was cooler.

We used all 3 bedrooms (all adults) and found 1 bathroom a challenge. No dishwasher, wasn't a huge issue but large group created lots of washing. Also we went fishing and the freezer not working properly. Bottom tray didn't keep anything frozen.

The place was very clean and nicely equipped. We felt very comfortable in the suite and my girls loved having their own rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with a lot of extras like basic spices and many different cooking implements. I loved that I didn’t have to go out and buy soy sauce or coffee or the like because it was already there. The outdoor space was wonderful. I spent a few hours out there just relaxing and enjoying the lovely weather. The beds are super comfortable and so is the couch.

The kitchen sink is kinda janky. The faucet is cheap and loose, and the left hand sink drains exceptionally slowly to the point where it was unusable. A nicer faucet with a pull out handle would be nice because when one is washing dishes by hand, not being able to rinse out the sink easily is frustrating. The property introduction letter and check-out letter talk about starting the dishwasher before you leave, but there is no dishwasher present in the suite, which would actually be rather nice to have. The freezer takes a long time to freeze ice cubes and considering it was very warm weather it would have been nice to have more than two ice cube trays because the freezer simply could not keep up with the amount of ice we wanted to use. An air conditioner would be great because the weather was very warm and the suite got quite warm during the day.
