Received information for access when booked then updated the day before so very easy to find where to park and gain access to suite. A bit confusing as to where in the building the suite was located. Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The twins beds instead of the usual extra double bed or pull out couch was really nice. I would suggest having some sort of night stand end table in between them for convenience at night. There were no USB plugs and limited places to plug in electronics/phones. Nice residential neighborhood but this also made it far from any conveniences such as coffee shops and restaurants so it would depend on your preferences here. Close to Royal Roads University which was our destination/ reason for our stay so overall met our expectations

Room not cleaned daily but coffee and extra towels available on request. Staff friendly. Room was immaculate. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great .. unit was clean .. modern and the main thing is my Dogs was happy and comfortable.
The only con is the unit is facing to the Main Street so constant noice from the street all the time but is not a deal breaker for us.
We absolutely recommend the place especially if you travelling with your Dog

Really amazing hotel in a nice location! The hotel has modern design. The furnishings are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. And there is even a dishwasher and a laundry machine in the unit, which we love very much. Parking space is large enough for my Ram 1500. Overall a nice value! We will sure to stay here again next time we visit Victoria!

Accommodation is fantastic, modern, spacious and well equipped but the traffic noise kills it. Goldstream Avenue is a busy road, with traffic lights right by the property. Given the local fascination with loud exhaust tail pipes, when the lights turn green you know about it. As with any hotel/lodgings the primary purpose is a good night’s sleep and that’s a fail.

The unit was clean, and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. In suite laundry with laundry soap was much appreciated. The units are accessed from doors in an exterior hallway, which we found really convenient. It felt like being in an apartment, not a hotel.

Our room was fantastic! Very clean and everything looked very nice. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. We did have some minor complaints: there were a lot of strange noises (which we eventually figured out were the A/C and the elevator) and the water pressure was too low. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall enjoyed the stay. The suites are fully equipped to be used as an apartment, but still crucial gaps exist. For example, kitchen is equipped but even simple condiments aren't there (e.g. salt). Or there is a big couch, but you can't really enjoy sitting there in the absence of a throw or blanket or some cushions. A small work table could also be useful, which by the way was present in the pictures online.

I loved my stay at SoLo Suites. I was very surprised at how spacious it is! The beds were so comfortable and pillows were great. My only complaint was that it was noisy at night from HVAC systems or plumbing. For our first two nights we heard beeping all night, we finally figured out the AC unit in the bedroom beeps unless you turn it on. Overall, great stay and would stay again! The front desk agent was very kind when I was struggling with flight delays. Area was very safe and close to what I was looking for.

The room was really nice. We got upgraded to a 1 bedroom and it had a ton of space. Check in was simple and the instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend this place to others

Zavier who was in the office, is a super nice and friendly gentlemen. Like the room, clean and neat, Beds comfortable, only noise from front street. Not sure why the wash room fan was on all night.

Property manager was very nice and accommodating. We had a free upgrade to a bigger suite which we were very appreciative. My only 2 complaints would be the water pressure was very weak and maybe throw in a roll of paper towel in the room.
