THIS COTTAGE WAS SITUATED IN A QUITE LOCATION, ONLY A SHORT WALK INTO TOWN. AND FITZ PARK. KESWICK IS A GREAT LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPS , CAFES AND HOTELS SO THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO. SO AFTER A BUSY DAY IT WAS NICE TO COME BACK AND RELAX IN THE COMFORT OF A NICE HOUSE AND A VERY COMFORTABLE BED

The house was superb and met all our hopes, the holiday was very good and the house made a very big contribution to this. We would recommend Keswick Cottages to all our family and friends.

The house was great, and suited us excellently. Everything we needed was there, it could not have been more comfortable or well equipped. The owners are to be congratulated on their thoughtfulness of the comfort of the visitors, and Keswick Cottages were so helpful in every way! ! We were blessed with the weather too!

Cottage was home from home, well equipped with all of the equipment we required. It was clean and tidy, within walking distance of Keswick town centre, to restaurant’s and supermarket and central for cycling and hiking, we never used our car all week

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay .Beautiful cottage very comfortable and offered everything we needed apart from the weather .Great addition was the table tennis in the garage .Would recommend to anyone

We’ve had a lovely stay here. Comfy beds, great showers and toasty warm, especially since the Lakes lived up to it’s name by raining every day. The kitchen was also well equipped to eat in. Enjoyed playing the games they had there, watching a film on Netflix on the large TV or listen to music from the Google Dot or just reading. All in all an enjoyable stay but ordering sun next time!

This was our first holiday as a family with our one year old grandson. A Christmas present for us all and we loved the house it was perfect giving space, warmth and comfort to us all. Very well equipped and close to the centre and within easy walking distance of the beautiful countryside and mountains. A couple of maintenance and cleaning glitches but minimal. We hopefully will return. A slightly later check out would have helped especially as the check in wasn't until 4pm. (Albeit we know we could have paid extra for this). Getting everything together by 10am was a wee bit fraught. Other than than that we have made fabulous memories. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous house with hi tech facilities and very comfortable and warm. Location is perfect. Table tennis in the garage is great. We have spent 3 weeks this year at this house and will be back next year!

Great location. Easy 5 min walk to Keswick and bus stop. Perfect location for a Lake District vacation

6 Crosthwaite Gardens is a beautiful dormer bungalow, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Keswick. The property sleeps up to six persons in three very pleasant and comfortable bedrooms. The main bathroom is very large with a separate bath and shower cubicle and there is a lovely ensuite in the main bedroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wishing to produce home cooking in this 'home from home' and it is evident that the owners have listened to feedback from previous guests and have made changes to ensure a truly enjoyable stay for future guests, and indeed those who choose to return in the future. The lounge is very comfortable, and the open plan kitchen diner is a lovely place to sit, relax and look out into the garden, which has a variety of fruit trees and plants. We all thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis in the garage on a number of occasions during our stay. Other nice touches were the Tablet which contained all of the visitor information for the property, as well as other useful pieces of information, and the Smartspeaker in the kitchen. There was plenty of space throughout this property and the parking for two cars on the gated driveway was a bonus. Keswick is a lovely town and served as the perfect base for our family. We completed a number of walks during our stay (Derwentwater, Latrigg, Catbells); we relaxed in Hope Park, we took the launch across Derwentwater and we used local transport to visit Lake Buttermere. We ate out at a number of restaurants including The Round and The Golden Hills, which were excellent. When we return to Keswick we will certainly be looking to stay at this property again.

We were extremely pleased with our cottage. It had everything you could possibly need and more. It was comfortable and spacious and the location was great! We also found the customer services to be very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this cottage to all my family and friends.

This was the second time we have stayed at Crosthwaite Gardens and every bit as enjoyable as the first. The beds are super comfortable and everything you need for a happy and successful self catering holiday is available. There is even a full sized ping pong table in the garage complete with good table tennis bats and ball, gave us a lot of fun on a couple of evenings. Thanks go to the owners who have thought of everything and we will hopefully return again when we next visit the Lakes.

This house was very clean and very well equipped with a great kitchen-diner and very comfortable beds. We were pleased with the TV with Sky and Prime and also the Echo speaker! The location is very good being 15 minutes from Booths & Coop supermarkets and 5 minutes from Spar. It was very easy to walk in along the River Greta through Fitz Park into the town. We walked around Derwentwater from the house, took the bus to Buttermere and walked the excellent old railway line to Threlkeld. No car for a week!
