Good location next to a tram station that takes you into town in around 30 minutes. Good parking. Well equipped. Large apartment with two large bedrooms. Easy check-in and check-out.

The apartment was not cleaned before we arrived. There was dust, dirt and hair on the floor (especially bathroom and kitchen). The toilet was stained by feces which easily came off when I used the toilet brush (indicating that this hadn't been done by the host before our visit). Left over crumbs and sticky areas next to the kitchen sink and in the refrigerator. Dish washer not empty. Bed linen had to be put on by us. Before you arrive, the host sends a list of chores on what you should do before you leave: strip the beds, put linen and towels in washing machine, start dishwasher. So apart from putting new bed linen on the bed and emptying the washing machine, the host didn't have a lot of work to do before we came and after we left. The place is just dirty (see pictures). It's a shame because the apartment has potential, but the lack of hygiene isn't something I can overlook. Especially when traveling with two toddlers. Also, I find it highly problematic that guests have to start the washing machine. There was no information on how many degrees the machine needs to be put. So I might have been using towels that some other guest washed with 30°C or less. There were no kitchen towels when we arrived. I asked the host for some and they were given to us the next day. They were, however, stained (maybe even already used?) and smelled bad. I didn't use them. We were asked not to smoke in the apartment, which is totally fine as we don't smoke anyway. However, the whole apartment smelled of cigarettes when we arrived and the smell didn't get less for the duration of our stay.

Needs few items upgrading (range hood didn’t work) but overall we enjoyed the comforts.

The hotel is located very conveniently for public transport into the centre. The apartment is spacious

The quality of the linen and kitchen equipment is not good and is very basic. The surrounds are also not very pleasant with broken glass near the entry steps. We also had to wash some of the kitchen equipment like the cups and glasses as the were dirty. Also no bedside lamp.

Well decorated, nice place with all amenities. Easy to reach from Bergen centre and the airport.

Owners could have greeted, also no ash tray for smokers.

Horrible smell both outside and inside the apartment, no ventilation resulting in condensation and every thing being damp, beds were extremely low quality and the fold out sofa was broken.

Perfect apartment with all stuff you needed to prepare food, wash your clothes, grocery shop is nearby and nice to use tram to get city center, nice and pleasant owner
