Не очаквах за близо 600лв. на вечер да бъда настанена в апартамент на първи етаж с гледка към покрива на ресторанта. Подът в стаите, особено около масата лепнеше до края на престоя ни, явно не беше измит и не го почистиха и докато бяхме в хотела. На стената до масата имаше пръски и капки, може би от вино или не ми се иска да гадая от какво друго. По столовете в стаята имаше петна. Диванът беше срязан с нещо и имаше дупка. Никъде не е обявено, че в понеделник от 8 до 9 ч се извършва почистване на басейна и не може да се ползва. В 8:30 съоръженията в СПА центъра не бяха загряли и все още се почистваше. Водата в басейна в понеделник беше студена. Това, което ме изуми беше, че от контактите на външната стена духаше вятър.

Хотелът е нов и прекрасен. Навсякъде е чисто и поддържано. Стаята беше голяма, банята също. Басейнът е със солна електролиза, а не с хлор, което е страхотно. Температурата на водата е страхотна, а не както в останали спа хотели, в които не можеш да влезеш от горещина. Водните шезлонги в спа-то са уникални. Закуската е богата и много вкусна, няма как да омръзне. Детският кът е хубав и има доста неща. Храната в долния ресторант също беше прекрасна.

Солната стая е направена прекрасно, но не хвърчи сол, съответно не съм сигурна дали изобщо се поема от нея.

It was everything what you need from a SPA hotel. Good location with beautiful view. Pool and jacuzzi and all of the relaxing rooms with different stile and purpose. various massages on a good price. beautiful and spacious restaurant. very friendly staff.

I suppose the road could be better but that’s not up to the hotel. The beds are a bit rough , but that’s a point of view . every one likes different but just a thinking , in a spa hotel the idea is to relax and in bed as well . something to look about , the floor around the pool is quite slippery (on bare foot). not so safe for the kids (running around not careful) or old people (slow and not careful) .

The hotel has an amazing view and nice campus. Everything is cozy and it makes you feel relaxed and restful. The spa area is not big, but it is enough for the hotel size (I think). Overall impression is great.

We checked in at like 5-6:00 PM and it was dark outside. The receptionist explained to us where the room is located, because it was in another building, but we could not find it the first time and we had to go back to ask again. It would have been better if someone came with us and showed us in which building exactly should we look in, because there were several entries. It was cold outside so I presume that the staff did not want to get cold :).

Beautiful design, modern, clean. Great food, customer service, views and facilities

The second hotel building connection to the spa was open, meaning after massages or the spa you walk out into the cold and rain. It would be good to have a closed warm connection. It would be good if families with small children could come only during certain parts of the day to allow peace and quiet in the spa
