Breakfast on the terrace is simply the best way to start the day, the view of vesuvius on one side and the gulf of naples on the other! Just spectacular!. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Special mention to Susy , who speaks fantastic English and helped us out via whatsapp when we missed our flight to Naples and had to fly to Rome instead then take a train down to Naples Centrale, i had called to let them know we would be arriving late evening (after check-in time) , susy arranged a taxi for us from the train station to the hotel, gave perfectly clear instruction of how to get into the locked building and our room!. And was so reassuring!. The rooms are clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, we were also even given extra coathangers when we asked. The minibar is a nice touch and good prices. Wifi really good, lovely balcony views all around the building , the lift is a great help, just all in all a fantastic place for a short break.
No kettle in the room, so advise taking a travel one if u like a brew in bed, but there is a communal coffee machine on the second floor. Nearest train station Ercolano Scavi is about 20 minute walk - but you can get to Naples city , Sorrento and pompeii runs from there.

Great location between Naples and Pompeii, ate breakfast with the docks one side and my Vesuvius.
Only a few small points as the room itself was just what we expected, spacious, well organised, light and clean. So the only little things I can think of were things that just required a little titivating. wooden doors wouldn't completely shut and some of the vents on the Aircon were loose.

Odličan doručak, talijani vole slatko i ima ga više, ali uz salame, sireve i jaja te voće ne možete ostati gladni.
Terasa bi mogla biti mrvicu uređenija i imati bolji miris zraka.

In a huge Villa (nomen est omen) the single big rooms of a spacious apartments are equipped with a small but clean and functional bath. The aircon works a bit noisy but even with 35°C outside sufficient. The habitants of all three rooms share a nice big terrase on that also a good breakfast is served.
The two-wing door of our room could be opened with a single strong push - not very safe!
Not the fault of the apartment, but Ercolonaum is a horrible, dirty city w/o any good restaurants. Visit the archeological site, but stay in another city!

Thé location was great for Herculaneum and the Villa Campolieto, both within walking distance, highly recommend both, Ercolano is small so one or two days is enough.
The villa is beautiful, and beautiful grounds, a nice large shared balcony to sit out on and a balcony area for breakfast. Room 6 was very clean and had a view of Vesuvius.
Unknown to us room 6 has mezzanine beds, small singles, so not advised if you don’t like open stairs up and down, I don’t think this was mentioned on the booking website, it was the only room available for our dates so we took it and it was very reasonable but we wouldn’t stay again. There was no kettle or coffee maker, the website says there is one in every room. The breakfast was ok but not how I would describe as fabulous, not replenished so by 9.30 the hard boiled eggs had gone, no milk for cereal, one morning no fresh fruit left. Dry sliced bread, no fresh bread rolls. Only small amounts of toilet paper doled out each day so it felt a bit mean for such a lovely place. The other reviews seem a bit inaccurate, but perhaps they had better rooms.

We had a small but cute and cozy room in a beautiful old villa, which had a free parking lot right across the street and an (original) elevator - both a rarity on our trip across Italy. There is a terrace breakfast with a spectacular view of Vesuvius and Napoli bay, and all the staff were also super kind and helpful as well. Overall a great quick stay on the way.
We were missing a bit of air condition in the morning, the breakfast offer was nothing special, but the biggest turn off was definitely a weird smell in the room, of some kind of sour dampness. A bedroom shower could be the reason.

The location of the Villa is perfect. You can reach easily the Herculaneum Ruins, the Vesuvio, and Pompeii. The breakfast is plentiful, and they don't just serve sweets. :)
Everything was perfect, there were no problems. The staff is very kind and attentive. They clean every day and ask if we need fresh towels or anything else. The building has a bit of a patina and is very beautiful.

the property was clean, and in a decent area of town. the breakfast was average. they did provide some gluten free options but there were 2 of us in our group and it was limited. the staff were nice and helpful. the walk to Hurculanium is flat.
the location is ok. the whole town is fairly run down and seedy in many areas. there is a distinct lack of local transportation except trains.

A rather worn out hotel however it has a spectacular breakfast terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Good choice at breakfast for this grade of accomodation. Powerful showers. Spacious rooms with a modern aesthetic. A lift to get you up to the hotel lobby on the third floor. Reliable wifi. Impressive building from the early 1900s.
A smile from the staff from time to time would have been nice.

The villa is a beautiful historical building with stunning views of Vesuvius and Naples Bay. The rooms are modern with a nice design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with excellent fresh croissants and coffee of your choice. The bed is comfortable and wifi strong. We had all we needed and would definitely come back.
Nothing.

Full breakfast included in the price with delicious home made cakes, fruit, cereals, juices etc.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel at home giving us lots of useful info about our visits to The archeological sites of Ercolano and Pompei as well as advice on where to dine.
They offered me a room with stairs but since it had no banisters I declined, no problem they had another one available

One of the room didn't match what we booked, especially the one on the 2nd floor, it's not good. The bathroom is old and not clean. The most unbearable thing is a lot of hair in it. The quilt on the small bed is dirty. It didn't match the reservation at all. The hair dryer is also broken. The road outside was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep at all.

Perfect look for a South Italy retreat. Mix of classic, baroque and ‘70s. Milena, the host,is very knowledgeable and friendly. The common balcony with views of the bay and the Vesuvius is priceless.

If you have a car the hotel is in a perfect location for your excursions to Naples, Amalfi Coast, Pompei and many other locations. The rooms are super clean, big and with a style that we really loved.

An old villa that part of it is redone as a B&B in modern style it gives the guest a glimpse at life here about 100 years ago. Nice idea.
The room was nice neat and specious.
Breakfast was a bit more then croissant and jam which was much appreciated.
Sorry to say that our window was not sound proofed which disturbed us falling asleep.
The wind was whistling rather loud.
