The place is nice and the woman is very welcoming. The room is little with little balcony but comfortable.
Location is nice. Walkable everywhere that is interesting.
She did our laundry for an extra charge and the clothes were ready snd clean for the end of the day
When we booked on booking there was not option with Ac but when we arrived that was incredible hot she told us that we could have AC for 300rupees per night. This is not correct and way too expensive to have some ac in the room but we needed.
A lot of ants in the bathroom and few in the rooms.

Alles was goed: ruime kamer, gezelige gemeenschappelijke ruimte, overal superschoon. En een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaargigheden in Fort Kochi.

good ac, ok location, very clean, balcony
Falsely advertised that each room had a refrigerator see main description, individual room description and when select refrigerator as an option shows this property, it's not true it's just a basic standard serviceable small room with no bedside table. Sure we were given a lesser room than what we paid for. Woken up at just after 5 thirty am every day by local call to prayer, ok if you're a heavy sleeper. Wifi very flakey on second floor.

Балкон. Все чисто идеально.
Помогли со всеми экскурсиями и вопросами. Очень теплое отношение. Прям забота. И чувствуется доброта и искренность. Мне очень понравилась энергетика владельцев.
Говорю еще раз спасибо за комнату и заботу)

Location is near by to beach.
Amenities wise it was poor. Needed to ask them to clean the rooms each time. Wifi speed was not upto mark.
No television in common area also.

Kiran was really helpful and supportive throughout my stay, I couldn't ask for a better host! I had a few problems when in Kochi and he really helped me with everything I needed and was really kind. He was always fast on answering to my messages as well. The location is good, there are good restaurants, tea and coffee shops within walking distance.

The place was spotlessly clean. Location is excellent, close to the main attractions in Fort Kochi yet very quiet. We had a good nights sleep even during New Year.
The AC is quite noisy but we switched it off for the night and used the fan instead.

Room was clean and tidy, kitchen was useful and access to a fridge was a bonus. Location was good - shop next door sold milk eggs and bread. Easy walking to many attractions. Washing line was handy and there is a nice little balcony

We had absolutely Comfortable stay at Kevin's Placid homestay.
The location was nearly 1km far from the beach. Rooms were pretty clean.Room Price is budget friendly. Hot water and Kitchen facility available. The host was very polite in behavior.

Kevin's Placis Homestay offers facilities to cook your own food, which is great. The room is really big and the bathroom is not too small ether. The family is really nice. At the corner of the street is a good breakfast place. A good place for little money!

The common area and kitchen looked really nice but I didn't used it.
Mold in room, wich is quite normal in India i guess..
it was very hot , KOCHI in mid Feb, so i added 300rupee to turn on AC.
