The only positive is location, at City Hall MRT. Direct to from Airport. The hotel lobby full of people, luggages all over the lobby. Housekeeping dont clean room until you call them to do. The room temperature set the lowerst is 21C, can't be lower, room always warm. The breakfast kitchen staff not refill food until you asked them few times. With this pirice, can find better.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. This was my second stay here. Great room, nice bed, quiet, fast elevators. I didn’t care for the slow flow water purifier that substituted for bottled water.
The service wasn’t great. My room safe had an issue and it took too long to send someone to fix it. That made me late for breakfast. Then the hotel breakfast where they charge 39 dollars, the man tried to seat me at a dirty table shared with total strangers! I refused it and voiced how insulted I was. I could not believe that. The breakfast wasn’t worth the 39 dollars; okay but not great. I will try a different hotel next time.

Our room was very comfortable and attendants He Lizhn and ZiZi Phyo took care of us. And a spa/massage experience at the Swissotel/Fairmont Willow Springs Spa adds to the success of this property.

1. Check in System looks fancy and modern in terms of technology but it gives more messy feeling in the middle of messy and noise lobby. 2. When I checked out, nobody took care of me. 3. When I take a taxi with 2 suite cases, nobody came to help me. There were many staffs there but they were all busy to chat and laugh with each other. So diappointed.

Short holiday for the Mrs and I. This hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of food choices below in the basement food court as well as a regular food court in the upper level.
Sits atop the Raffles Place MRT station. From here to anywhere! Also easy for taxi / rideshare pickup at the lobby and affordable rental car parking overnight in the Mall's parking garage.
Our only negative comment was that the room's toilet had trouble flushing and the water kept flowing from the tank into the bowl. Had to call the plumbers in twice and they finally fixed it. It was fine for the rest of the stay. Will definitely stay there again!

It was one of our best stay for frequent travellers. We landed on National Day with slightly unwell 6yo due to bumpy long haul. Everything was a bit last minute for us and I didn’t get round to check - in on the plane. Upon arrival, we called the hotel for help on route to get there, the check-in was swift with helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel interior is nicely design and the room is spacious, beautiful and practical at the same time and we had really comfortable stay for 5 nights.
The Swimming pool is nice and clean, breakfast has plenty of variety.
The location is also great with direct connection to lots of food and shopping.
Will stay there again when we return to Singapore next year.

I rated it over-all 2 stars but actually it is a better hotel although it is definitely not a 5 star. First off, if you are paying for a marina view room, your view is amazing. My housekeeper was the sweetest lady although i don't know if gestures she made were of her own doing or some sort of hotel encouraged marketing. The Sky bar/ restaurant (written differently) has the awkward hours, i could never eat/drink there. Other f&b outlets were below satisfactory. Walking distance to many places although who walks where in Singapore, right? My main problem was during the check-in. They simply take their guests as candidates to siphon off more money where and when possible. Although I asked to get into my room earlier either by paying a day rate or having an upgrade for that room, it was either 4 days upgrade or nothing. Simply disrespectful. They believe they are smart and we are.....

The view from our room was magnificent! The room itself very nice. The only thing we could point out (but really nothing significant) is that the pool area is somewhat not special. No nice view (located in the center between 2 hotels on the 8th floor), however our kids liked swimming there (one shallow pool, one deep pool) it has nice seating areas (with direct view on the pools) and a bar so really nothing to complain.

The hotel is beautiful. It's also conveniently located near MBS. I lived that it was connected to a mall and the train station. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from, without leaving the vicinity of the hotel. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and have amazing views. I stayed in a room that faces the MBS and it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again when I come back to Singapore.
