Everything is good. Just the food needs to get on the 5 star level.

Tha staff is absolutely amazing. Always right there when you need them, and even when you don’t.

the staff are the highlight of the property. Otherwise It needs a serious upgrade.

All front desk staff were super friendly, homman, maged, marwa, hajar, abd rahim. They all accommodated us to our needs. I renewed my stay 3 times as it was a very convenient place and staff were super friendly. Diving was the main reason we booked Marriott as there is a dive center right outside, but our experience did not turn out so great with Aquarius and I would not recommend it to anyone. Their behavior was all misogynistic, the guys who gave you your equipment tried to charge me for more gear, instead of giving me a small wetsuit which I asked, they gave me medium and said it will be ok , if you cold wear another shorty on it and this means I have to pay for more gear which was recommended by the dive master shabana!! We all know if you wear loose wetsuit you will get COLDER! My husband had to go and ask for a small wetsuit and they gave it to him and when he asked them why they told me that they don’t have small, they ignored him question and pretended they did not understand. Also the dive master shanana exerted the same behavior on the boat .

Front desk staff were very nice. Homman and Maged , Mawar and Hajar always had a great smile and checked on us everything they see us in the lobby. They all had great recommendations for Egyptian food. Our room was cleaned daily, housekeeping was very nice in replenishing our water. Will definitely come back again.

Exceptional service at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From their warm welcome to attentive assistance, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. A truly outstanding experience. Highly recommend! Hossam always have great smile, and recommended great places to eat. Maged , Marwa, Abd Elrahim , Hajar , they all went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Very nice hotel at the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice buffet both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. I just wish the drinks were delivered faster to the table. Sometimes we had already finished eating before we got our tea/coffe for breakfast or the wine for dinner. Why not have a coffe/tea station where the guests can get there own since it’s included in the price, at least for breakfast?

Hotel needs to be refurbished condition of rooms is old - just not great.

We stayed at this hotel before and after a dive trip last year. Came again this year and it did not disappoint. Some of the staff remembered us. The accommodation is superb, the breakfast delicious and the staff efficient and courteous. Hajar was a standout at reception. Thank you we will be back.

Nice hotel and everything was good, except trip to the airport. They did not provide any shuttle and said me to hire a cab on my own instead. Besides this, everything was wonderful.

The sofa in my suite was covered in visible evidence of sexual encounters. There was a decent buffet available for dinner, but nothing other than buffet (was offered/emphasized). The dinner buffet was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The bar selections were limited (but not the worst). The reception staff were exemplary. It felt very safe and "Western friendly" inside the resort. It felt very "Russian roulette" to leave the property to venture out for dinner elsewhere via Uber and online recommendation (which turned out fine). If you plan to use resort as homebase, I recommend you visit a different country

The property has a beautiful beach front. It is very quiet and the staff is very attentive. The food was amazing.

The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely facilities. Some may say it’s dated and old but that’s part of it’s style. The people working there are honestly the nicest people working at a hotel that i’ve ever seen. The hotel also has a private beach, breakfast, lunch and dinner bufé and another restaurant located outside for both lunch and dinner. We wish we had more time at Marriot before we had to leave and we are going to miss the people who made the vacation perfect

The all inclusive option is great. Quality of foods is very good.

Stayed here a few days at the end of a dive trip. Great service, great views. Friendly staff.

The good: the common parts and rooms are clean, staff is welcoming and helpful, the beach is really nice. The bad: restaurant is really average, I expected better from a 4-star hotel. Bars are too expensive for the service level they provide. For instance, they have a 2-for-1 promotion: while the first drink (cocktail) was barely ok, the second (free one) almost had no alcohol and was mixed with different proportions (not even the same colour).

Great stay at this hotel. Could use some upgrading on the inside, but outdoor area is absolutely amazing. Really nice beach! Restaurants overall was good, but the beach bar (surf&turf) had less good food; it is nice for drinks at the beach though. Go buffet or italian for meals.

Outdated and overpriced. Laundry services damaged my clothing as well. Buffet was not good, the meat was super dry.

Definitely falls short from a Marriott experience. Hotel rundown. Beach area underwhelming. Staff did not exert any effort to assist with or alleviate any inconvenience faced. I cut my stay short from 7 to 3 days. Had it not been for the dive center I wouldn’t have stayed behind my first night.

Reception was great even at 01:30 am.

architecture and decoration are terrible the service at the reception is not good. After ordering a limousine service to the airport, the car arrived 20 minutes late and was charged $15 compared to a $5 taxi

The hotel is beautiful and in the water. Not by the area that’s walkable and most definitely more touristy. The bees were not the most comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are noisy. If someone moves in here around you, it’s waking you up.

Hotel itself was nice. However, they do have a group that sells tours, diving, etc called white shark. They are absolutely awful and whatever you do DO NOT use them. You will be held captive in a vehicle against your will. Taken to stores and forced to get out while the drivers go in to eat, while you are harassed by local venders, and they lock you out of the vehicle.

Nice beach and view. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet had many choices. Our room was clean and comfortable.
