Had an excellent one night stay with breakfast. Polite and friendly staff. Have stayed here several times and will be staying here sgain in the future.

Ideal for an overnight stay before an early morning flight from airport. Asked for a heater as room slightly cool and worked great. Bed was mega cosy. Just the job.

Room was fine. The service from the front desk staff was appalling. The attitude given to me and my friends after we came back as we left something in the room was out of order. House cleaning were so kind for returning my belongings but please re train your disrespectful front of house staff to give better service. Will never stay again.

The night we checked in was horrible, wet and windy and the room was very warm and clean. The shower was very powerful, which I liked. The hotel was fine and good value for the price. The food was very poor - I ordered a steak, medium rare and it was dry an tough not at all rare. The breakfast scrabbled egg was not real eggs- tasted awful, but the bacon was good.

Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel is in serious need of modernisation—it felt like I had stepped back in time to the 1970s. From the outdated furniture to the worn carpets, everything about the décor screamed for an update.
What really stood out, however, was the lack of cleanliness. The towels provided were clearly not fresh—one even had stains on it, which was incredibly off-putting. A basic standard of hygiene is the least you expect from a hotel, and this was a real letdown.
While the staff were polite and tried to be helpful, the overall state of the hotel overshadowed their efforts. Until some serious renovations and improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

And THATS NOT IT! THEY CHARGE FOR WIFI PER DEVICE!
£7 PER DEVICE!!!!
They also blocked mobile data signals on our mobiles… I couldn’t even hotspot off my phone, even though i had 4 bars and 5G showing!!!

Great location for access to the airport, didn’t know that they offered long term stay with airport shuttle. Parking scarce at the front of the property but managed to nab a space. Looks to be a multi storey behind too but didn’t need to find out. Check in was quick, rooms were dated but clean. Beds could be comfier and more pillows. Shower pressure woeful unfortunately at 3:30 in the morning with no more than a dribble from the shower head. Although faucet at sink had ample pressure.

Staff are not friendly at all. They are actually rude.
They don’t do a housekeeping cleaning service as long as you are staying they said this is their policy

Very basic room and stay, the beds are small doubles and certainly not the most comfotable. The hotel is very dated and needs modernisation throughout, strong smell of smoke in reception.

was charged £258 for 2 single rooms for one night. car park totally full. so had to park on a roadside. then they wanted an extra £24 for breakfast. so thats £48 for 2 of us. nothing but greed. felt completely robbed

You can’t store your bags if your early.so the trap is they let you in your room but costs £20. It’s a trap. Why else can’t they store your bag. You also have to pay for wifi in your room. Tv wasn’t connected to any network so was a blank screen. They don’t take cash so foreign travel cards pay fees every time you want a drink etc.

The car park is a bit tight. While the hotel is comfortable and in a great location if you look a around you will see that it is getting old and tired.

Absolutely appalling. Stayed here because of no availability elsewhere. Everything about the property was dingy, run down and smelly. The elevator was so old you were a little concerned you would be safe in it. My son refused to take his clothes off for bed. The sole thing which was OK was the water temperature in the bathroom . The facilities in the room and bathroom could best be described as out of the ARK. Avoid like the plague.

Ideal airport hotel night before flight, good price £55. Food very nice and not overly priced. Rooms dated but lovely crisp white bedding. £15 taxi ride to airport - 5 - 10 mins. Staff very helpful.

No parking, had to park across the road in residential area. Leaking toilet , flooded bathroom on flushing. No apology offered. restaurant and food area nice, food and drink prices reasonable. Price point I would suggest good and sufficed for a stay overnight before flying.

Good nights sleep, quiet hotel. Nice bar area with reasonable prices. Parking is a real issue though and you can easily be blocked in, so be careful if you have an early morning flight on which space you choose.

We'd been out at a concert at the park abs had quite a bit of alcohol. During the night i needed to drink water so i drank water from the tap. I didn't have my glasses on so didn't notice till the morning that the tap water isn't safe to drink!
If it's not safe to drink then we should either be informed at check in or have bottled water in the room.

I have received a parking charge notice from Parkingeye: when I was staying at your hotel and validated my car at your reception. I was parked legally and was a guest at your hotel, so why is this?
