Great hotel with airport pickup

The building has a constant noise and shaking like an airplane taking off when there were no planes flying in the area.

One of the front desk staff was unfriendly and disrespectful. I should got her name. I arrived at hotel early on September 10th and just inquired about a possible early check in. She wanted no part of it and dealt with situation in a very disrespeftful manner. Totally unacceptable.

The restaurant had amazing food and the waitress was very friendly

Thermostat did not work room was freezing No hot water at all.in shower shower valve broken. We deserve a credit Ty

Conveniently located to LaGuardia airport the hotel was fine. They had good food and a nice bar and clean rooms.

Location was great; wonderful upgrades at LaGuardia. Very comfortable bed.

Easy shuttle to and from airport and very nice hotel. I wold recommend it to anyone.

We had a very noisy room right across the vending machines and with a broken air conditioner. Reception refused to change the room and suggested to send us a specialist to repair the air conditioner even though it was almost 1am in the morning.

Personnel very professional

It’s a well-maintained hotel in a good neighborhood. The room is big and in good condition. Parking is convenient. It is just a little pricey.

We were stranded in New York due to flight cancellations. We arrived at Marriott way before check in time. I wish I could remember the woman’s name that helped us. She was very helpful and accommodating. She let us check our luggage in and we were able to visit the restaurant while waiting. And we were able to check in early after a very long frustrating experience at the airport! She helped us again with our luggage.

Staff were unbelievably rude, unaccommodating, and inflexible. Never again do I want to give my business to a Marriott hotel if the standard of customer service is what I experienced here. I know they are a big chain and probably won’t care about one review, but there are plenty of other hotel chains with excellent staff.

It was an un and out stay, the room was amazing even my grand daughter was appreciative.

Friendliness of staff and very helpful

this is an airport hotel so nothing close by in terms of restaurants, stores, etc. just good enough for a one or at most 2 day stay. need 24 hour restaurant given that people are coming in at all times of the night. also room service. generally a very decent hotel.

Very noisy in the room with the traffic

Great place to stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Transportation from and to the airport was convenient and it being 24 hours and every 15 minutes was very convenient.

I grew up in the area so it’s safe and friendly and easy to get to the bus and take it to the train to the city. It’s cheaper to stay there then in the city

The property was over priced and the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. They were annoyed with questions.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to take critters home with you! Mosquitos infested, flying roches, soiled carpet in elevator and hallways.The air condition barely works. Hallway is full of humidity because no air condtion and it was 98 degrees outside! So before I checked in I checked the ratings and it said excellent I had an early morning flight so why not pay almost 400 bucks to be close to the airport. I woke up and turned the light on to be shocked of the amount of Mosquitos in the room then looked down and two roaches on the bed😡. I reported to mangement and said I will deal with this when I get home. My husband stayed a few hours longer and to think compensating my husband with a lousy 20 bucks for breakfast is compensation is delusional! Shame on this property!!! The proper compensation should have been a full or 1/2 refund. I have Elite status with Marriott and Expedia. For this incident to brushed off so lightly says this happens all the time. This property gets a 2 star rating only because the beautiful lady who checked us in was very nice other than that the room needs serious extermination.
