Handy location for an overnight stay in between flights. Excellent beds & shower.

I couldn’t get the internet or tv to work I went to call front desk & phone cord was in a knot and plug to phone broken . Someone had to know , with my delay in DC arrived late after 1am . I tried to hold phone Jack in & call desk got through then lost connection . I got no help went to sleep & left in am earlier then planned . I handed broken phone to front desk . I would never stay there again !

The overall aesthetics of the hotel, are beautiful. The staff and cleaning crew all very helpful and nice. Shuttle service on time & prompt. The food service overall was delicious.
Paying over $550 for 2 nights breakfast should be included. Though it was a nice buffet, as the Marriott JFK it's included. Also Starbucks sign is misleading. It's a machine with either coffee or tea.

The place was nice and clean, however beds are small, no queens beds even though they advertised as queen they are full small beds. The parking is expensive and the breakfast was not included even though it was advertised as included.

It was good to stay in LaGuardia Airport Marriott Hotel, Nice and Cozy rooms, nearby airport, staff were good, shuttle service to airport, complimentary breakfast( but unfortunately we couldn’t used complimentary breakfast as our flight is little early in the morning). Me and family looking forward to stay in Marriott for all our future stays. We love Marriott.
Everything is excellent, but We have only a few concerns…we feel price is little higher, and there is no Microwave Owen and no drinking water provided in the room, atl east setup water fountain would be a good option in all the floors.

The room was clean.
Upon arrival to the room, the toilet wasn't flushing. They sent an engineer to fix it. Later on, it became very hot in the room. I tried to adjust the thermostat without success. I called the front desk and was told I didn't have the ability to adjust the temperature in my room. An engineer would have to come do it. Well, my family was already in bed and it would require waking everybody up. I had to deal with the heat. I was very uncomfortable.

Place was very clean.
Breakfast buffet good. Restaurant staff very friendly, courteous, helpful.
I called the front desk upon arrival at LGA Airport to ask for shuttle pick up and was told that the shuttle should pick us up shortly. I was given instructions of where to wait which was where we already were when I made the call. Note that the hotel is about 2-3 minutes away from LGA. After waiting for twenty minutes I called the hotel again. Whoever answered, told me that I was waiting at the wrong spot and that I did not answer my phone when she tried to reach out to me. First of all, I had no missed call. Secondly, I was watching every shuttle that came after I spoke to the front desk and did NOT see a Marriot shuttle. Interestingly enough, as I was finishing up the call with the front desk, the Marriot shuttle comes exactly where we were. So how could she even say that I was at the wrong place? She simply hung up, no apology for the inconvenience and for jumping to conclusions that the mess up was our fault for being in the wrong spot, which we were not.
Upon arrival, we proceeded to the front desk and waited for our turn to check in. Yolanda was the one who attended to us. As we stood there waiting, she looks up and asks my son curtly if he needed help. I chimed in and said that yes, we had a reservation and needed to check in. I asked if we could check in early and would be willing to pay extra for an early check in. She was very short and aloof saying that she cannot guarantee that she can. She was even talking with another staff member about another customer in front of us. She went on to punch keys on her computer, not telling us whether she could accommodate our request. When she found out that my husband had gold elite status with Marriot, here entire attitude changed. She suddenly became friendly and courteous. As it turned out, she was able to accommodate our request but did not even communicate this to us directly. Shameful and disappointing.

It’s clean, staffs are friendly.
First fix your basic services like Wi-Fi. I literally couldn’t use Wi-Fi most of the time and it’s price is not included with the room charge. Breakfast can’t be worst than this. Just terrible. We were 4 adults and in app it was said breakfast included. But to my surprise only 2 adults can eat breakfast and 2 child. That’s just bad.

This was the second time I stayed at the hotel recently prior to flying out of the area. It is the perfect location when flying out of LaGuardia, and could not be more convenient when getting to the airport. I had to leave too early to have breakfast, but I very much enjoyed the breakfast provided during a previous stay at the hotel.

Great lobby and restaurant is very good. They have a full bar until midnight. Free shuttle to and from airport.
The room I had had a musty smell that immediately made me sneeze.

Location was fantastic as we had a very early flight out the next morning. The hotel shuttle bus was on time and very accommodating.
Our tea Kettle didn't work but they gave us a new one quickly as well as a Starbucks voucher.

Some of the hotel staff is really rude. The lady screamed at me on the phone, and the shuttle driver also was very rude to me. I would not book again.

The location is very closed to LaGuardia Airport and run shuttle buses most of the time.
1st Night reservation I have been told that they didn’t receive my reservation and I pay in the reception instead. There is no swimming pool. No foreign money exchange service and I don’t believe that there is still hotel without Free WiFi.
