The room was very nice. The check-in was smooth and the lady was nice. I was only there for a night sleep and needed something close to the airport. It was convenient.

The sheets were wrinkled and looked like they weren't changed. I pulled back the covers on the other bed and they were smooth and not wrinkled. The pillow cases were clean. I could hear the person in the room next door adjust the blinds. The bathroom sink faucet dripped. Check in people were courteous.

Hotel is beyond dated.
The first room I was in had massive stains on the floor & bedding, and dust bunnies in the corners of the room. This room smelled like burning plastic, so I requested to move.
The front desk was very accommodating & friendly. They moved me to a second room that was significantly better than the initial room. Second room didn’t smell & was WAY cleaner than the first. Second room was just dated, but overall very clean and comfortable. Had my initial room been on par with this room, my ratings would be better. The first room was just disgusting. Therefore, cleanliness rating is an average of the two rooms.

This is a hotel located at a very convenient spot but that it is kind of lost in time. We arrived very late and they were very helpful and fast checking us in. However when we on our way to the room was as if we were on "The Shining Movie". Also our air conditioning was off so it took quite sometime to cool down. I would recomend a little by little renewal or to offer it as "a back to the 80's hotel with the facilities of now a day"

I can’t say enough about the restaurant gal and the pm gal behind the front desk. So genuine and nice. Also the mattress was really top quality. There was bottles of water in my room. This was much better than the airport Marriott and half the price.

Good staff, average/good room. Carpet needs deep clean, bed blanket had a stain. Straightening my room was a nice touch but would have liked to been asked.

The air conditioning unit is very loud, you could hear it starting and shutting off all night. Also, the Airport shuttle quits running at 11 pm. We had to Uber back to the hotel to get our car. While heading back in the Uber we could see other hotel shuttles still running.

The room was fine, but needed some maintenance. Alarm clock could not be turned off, and plumbing fixtures didn’t function well. Nothing was objectionable, just a nuisance.

Not happy that they changed the times that they offered rides to the airport. I had to call a separate taxi company to pick me up to get a ride to the airport, which was the entire purpose of me staying at this spot in the first place.

Key card wouldnt work 3 times, dirty vents in the bathroom, rust on the shower hooks. I always thought the Sheridan was high class......looks like they haven't updated anything for 20 years.. Do better

The room rate was reasonable and hotel is in good condition. Airport shuttle was timely and the overnight parking fee of $10 per night while I was away was a welcomed bonus. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful with luggage. I will stay again when I have early flights.
