There was a little people convention and everyone was so nice and accommodating to them. It was great to see.

No microwave in the room. I'm on a special diet and needed to microwave my meal and I couldnt.

Charge on credit card didn't match receipt. A call to hotel cleared it up but it left a bad impression.

The lobby was kept immaculate despite the constant snow covered travelers. The gentleman caring for the floors was pleasant and sweet despite us constantly messing up the floors!

Despite traveling with my pet, we were in a room next to a dog that barked all night long for 2 straight nights! Despite contacting the front desk TWICE, it continued. For a dog friendly facility, please keep in mind that the salt used copiously (I understand it was necessary in the unusual weather conditions) was NOT pet friendly and cost us a trip to the vet despite the feet rinsing following each trip outside. The salt is VERY caustic to pet feet. And the parking was horrible to deal with during such frigid temperatures. The walk was brutal. Valet may be appropriate in such horrid conditions!

Breakfast was good. Good options, and quick.

The waitress could have been more attentive.
