Very nice front desk staff.
Housekeeping never came to clean room after 1pm so we just asked for fresh towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping staff polite and did offer them to clean the room but we declined.
Room was clean but room decor just average and was expensive for the calibre of hotel, especially given breakfast not included in room rate.

The only issue was there wasn’t a microwave to warm leftovers or warm up coffee that was bought in Starbucks.

A nice room conveniently located near the airport for an early launch. Desk lady polite and professional. The bed was comfortable and the all important shower water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

When I arrived, I waited in a line with 2 other people to check in. After about 10 mins and no movement, as the clerk was running around, the person informed me “their internet is down, they can’t check anyone in. I would have appreciated an announcement and apologies from the desk clerk. Upon asking, she said it should be back up
In “10-15” mins. I had already waited close to 30. Finally after waiting an hour, and asking multiple times if they could just check anyone in who has proof they paid in full for a room, they agreed. This is horrible customer service. There should always be a contingency plan for when things such as no internet occur. No one should have to wait over an hour for a room they already paid for and can prove via receipt. I had an early flight with a 4am shuttle and was planning on being able to relax and get to bed early in my room. This delay was aggravating and unnecessary. My understanding is that when I left for my flight at 4am this morning, the internet was still down. Do Better Marriott.

Eventually we asked the other Marriott bus driver if they would call the hotel she very kindly did. Our phones don’t work once we leave the uk unless we pay. Fortune for service. Someone came thankfully. Not really a shuttle service. !

Our flights were cancelled and we chose this hotel to stay at since it advertised a shuttle service and what it was rated.
The entire check in experience just seemed odd. We called for the shuttle, received friendly and accurate directions. When we arrived to the front desk the woman that was training the new employee asked what brought us in, I told the woman that our flights were canceled. There was no reply, kind of odd. When another guest came to check in towards the end of our group checking in, I seemed a bit rushed rather than just greeting the other party and informing them she would be with them in a moment. I also requested a shuttle back to the airport at noon the next day and was told we would have to do two separate trips since it was the weekend.
Another person in our party asked if there were any complimentary toiletries since they did not have them with them, they were informed there was a Walmart 5 minutes away and we could buy a pack for a decent price there.
The shuttle driver who was helping us with the pack and plays went above and beyond. Super friendly and hospitable. We had great friendly experiences with the am and pm F&B staff as well as the shuttle driver the next day.

This place rocks! They helped me get 6 bags of luggage to the check-in counter and i was nervouse since it was just be and my toddler. They were all so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying. Their breakfast was great too! 5 stars all day!
