Was there by myself for the Steelers game. Staff was super friendly, restaurant food was good beer was cold. Shuttle drivers were very friendly. The room was huge, and beautiful. This was my first time there and will NOT be my last

Friendly service, clean, comfortable, and close to airport with a free shuttle. Perfect place to stay if you have an early flight.

1-quiet area I like,
2-I do not like,I stay seven nights only to clean my room twice,
I told front desk, please wake up call seven o’clock tomorrow morning but nobody called.
3-used to be very good hotel restaurant. It was amazing menu.

Had to wait for almost an hour for the bus to pick me and my husband up from the airport after calling. Finally got to our room and there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in our room. Front desk staff were extremely rude. I guess some people think it’s appropriate to wear air pods while working the front desk.

I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation was cancelled and no room available
I had discussed with Expedia cancelling the reservation. I booked non refundable room so reservation was not supposed to be cancelled. I did not cancel the room.

Hot Chocolate Chip cookies, of course!! 24/7 airport shuttle! Staff very friendly and efficient! 2nd stay, and will stay again when traveling to Pittsburgh. I’ll be checking out all Double Tree by Hilton wherever I go.

Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. Bathroom was very clean. 2 small dead bugs on the windowsill. Turned the AC down and it ran constantly but never cooled down. It was hot and difficult to sleep.
