Good hotel for the night our room had smell of mildew but we only were there for one night just to sleep I may have asked for different room if I was staying longer. Pretty easy access to Red Rock amphitheater if you’re looking for a hotel near there.

Even prior to our visit I spoke with very friendly employees. From the moment we arrived your employees made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great. I would stay and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I booked a king room and they were going to give me a double queen. When I told them I had reserved a king they apologized and fixed it to where I was in a king room. When I called about extra pillows, they were received within minutes. The breakfast was amazing.

Overall our room and stay were fine. Hotel is clean & comfortable. We did have issue with the CC card given for incidentals being charged 3 separate times. Finally contacted hotel directly and spoke with Kyra, who was very helpful and corrected the problem.
Our only true issue was Breakfast. Our first morning had an overall good variety of options both hot & cold. However, on the 2nd morning ~8:15, we went down to breakfast and there was virtually no food remaining and breakfast area was in a state. No hot food available, except waffles. Oatmeal was ready, but no bowls. One female staff member seemed very put out when asked about said bowls. It was very disappointing--we tried to give the benefit of the doubt (short staffed/call-in sick) as gentleman in the kitchen was very apologetic about lack of food and explained that he was working to get things out quickly. So understandable, but disappointing.

It was a good stay. Hotel qas clean. Breakfast was pretty nice and beds comfortable. Bathrooms nice new and clean. Mexican restaurant across the parking lot was a big perk for a weary family!

The hotel looks newer but had water dripping from the ceiling. I think the biggest issue though was the staff. On Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning the staff at the desk were not very friendly and seemed bothered by us checking in or buying water and pop. The staff we encountered on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning were much nicer and were very friendly and helpful.

Clerk at check in gave me a total being charged to my card. Went up to my room and called to question. Difference between what she said and what i heard if she would have just stopped and listened to what i was saying would have avoid me coming down to discuss in person. In the room the drapes were taped to the right wall for some reason. Light bulb in the floor lamp was hanging down past the shade. Vent which is on the right wall in the bathroom, in view of anyone walking in is covered in dirt. Bathroom faucet was loose. Will look at another location next time we stay.

Room 317 was modernized with a largr bathroom. The step in shower was really nice. Bed was comfortable.
There were 2 minor issues: 1) room faced Wadsworth Blvd so you could hear cars/motorcycles racing by occasionally through out the night. 2) the air conditioner had a small but annoying rattle.

Super quiet, never heard the elevator even tho we were right next to it. Outdoor pool is heated. Nice oatmeal/trail mix bar at breakfast. Great experience, no negatives to share.
