Facility was clean and staff were courteous. However, the physical condition had issues: The bathroom door hits the front of the toilet, and there is no nightlight in the bathroom. Most importantly, the television's closed-captioning feature was disabled, which means hearing-impaired people cannot enjoy the use of the television.

The hotel was clean and quiet and conveniently located. Restaurants and the beach were walking distance. Some reviews had said that the pool was run down but we did not find that. The pool and hot tub were clean, the facility looked new and our kid enjoyed swimming. They had some pool toys there and the pool was quite big.

Bathroom was so tight. I could not close door after entering bathroom.
Door ran up to the toilet, poorly designed space.
Shampoo and conditioner where empty bottles.
Bed was a little stuff. We also had a small dog. Not a pet friendly hotel.
Stayed at 4 Best Western in 6 months.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, and it did have a bit of a deodorizer type smell, but it suited our needs, and even had a balcony with two chairs. Plenty of clean towels and it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was great with a large selection of hot foods. The gentleman working the breakfast was constantly putting out more food, refilling the juice machine, and eager to make sure everyone had enough to eat. It was a short drive to the food trucks (which were outstanding) Mo’s, and beach access, and about a five minute drive to the outlet stores. Again, nothing fancy, but a solid choice if you’re looking for a good value option.

The property inside needs updating. The carpets are old and stained both inside the hallways and in our room. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses should be thrown away and new, firm ones installed. The air conditioner did not cool the room down regardless of the setting and the room felt stuffy. The staff were courteous and professional.

The staff are always super friendly, and helpful. They have a good breakfast selection and its always super clean. Doesnt have ocean view but the location is nice and not far from the beach at all. We stay there everytime we visit the coast and have never been disappointed.
