The room was clean and the grounds offer a nice environment to walk around and admire the swans and animals on the property. Dinners were great - weekend prime rib special is a must.

Property looks old but it has a cottage feel. The sliding door leading to the backyard in my room was faulty so I didn’t get to enjoy the outside greenery connecting to my room. Food was amazing but pricey. I didn’t get to try the spa, everything was fully booked.

Service is one of the best. They invest in cottages and surrounding but they should invest in revamping rooms.

I have stayed here many times and enjoy it. It is pet friendly also which has been great as I have 2 labs. Both times staff have been wonderful about them being there.

The first rooms we were offered were terrible but manager quickly resolved the issue offering a nice room.

Room was dirty (black spots or grease or something at a few places on the wall), we always had to go back to the front desk as keys never worked and my steak at the restaurant was full of fat and barely cooked (asked medium rare).
Spa was very nice.
