Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, toilet was unstable and shook every time you sat on it. Seemed very old and outdated compared to a room we stayed in a few months ago.

This hotel is how an older building should be modified for a hotel . I have stayed at other hotels downtown in several cities and normally extremely small rooms and high prices and outdated amenities. This hotel was perfect blend of our work charm and modem day peeks blended into one. Oversized room in our corner suite and nice size jetted tub in a 1950s style marbled tile finished around the double vanity and tub it self. Very comfortable bed and bedding . And HVAC was easily controlled and easily handing the bigger rooms

We had an excellent experience at the Cincinnatian. Everyone we encountered was as pleasant and helpful as they could’ve been. Perfect location for downtown Cincinnati! (Only problem was bathroom lights were very dim!) we will be back!

The King room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Only downside was the Keurig coffee maker left an unpleasant taste in the coffee, luckily there was a coffee shop off the lobby of the hotel.

This hotel is in serious need of updating. Our suite was outdated and in disrepair. Floors scratched, horrible bathroom lighting, recessed bulbs constantly flickering, cracked tiles, outdated TV's (no ability to stream), extremely slow internet, all lighting was outdated. We have stayed here before with higher expectations, especially for the price they charged us. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Seemed like a nice enough hotel. Definitely not worth the money for what it really is. Noisey. Unkept bathroom fixtures and over all just not worth the price. More like a 100 a night place not a 310 a night place

Property wasn’t kept in the best shape, the air conditioning didn’t work in our room. When the front desk was notified no one ever came to inspect, or service. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

The hotel was not like the photos shown when booking.. we were here for a two day stay and our toilet was broke the entire time. The front desk was notified four different times about it and kept saying someone would be up. It was squealing so bad we had to shut the water off to it. The bathtub had mold in the crease of tile. We unfortunately will not be back.

Our room was not super clean - the bedspread had many hairs on it. Room was nice and spacious. The bathroom door had diagonal slats, which was odd and not ideal for a family.

For 200 a night in a Monday I expected more. My friends stayed up the road for the same price and had a far better room with a view. Ours looked out at the side of a building . Check out is at 11 but after a long night out and with a do not disturb sign out on door the staff was beating on the door at about 9 am. When I woke and put clothes on to answer it was a man just “checking rooms” The room had a faint sewage smell and when doing the mattress check it was very stained and dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and made an easy check in and that is who earned the stars for the rating. Check in was quick and seamless. Overall it was a place to sleep but will go with a different place next time for sure.

We arrived the day after Microsoft had major issues which affected quite a few hotels, airports, etc. Our room was taken already but they put us in another room right away which was better than original. Everything was very nice and clean. The only thing I my change is add a discounted parking rate into the price. Close parking was between 23-30$ but if went 3 blocks away it was only 5$.

Nice amenities, especially coffee maker and mini fridge in room. Close to wonderful restaurants and GABP and waterfront. Only issues were a pocket door that wouldn't shut and a noisy a/c. Regardless we would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. It started off great at the front desk when we met Keierra. She was pleasant and accommodating. She certainly stood out compared to our past hotel check in experiences. Thank you Keierra for your wonderful and professional service.

Overall, my experience was decent. I feel like I am an easy customer to please, but I was taken back by some of the experience. The first room they had put me in was not even close to the room I had booked or the one listed on Expedia. It was tiny and dark. It was not renovated and quite warm. The lights flickered in the room repeatedly. After I asked to move rooms because of the lighting, they put me in a much nicer room, but wasn’t very clean. The man at the counter seemed to be frustrated by me asking to have the light fixed or to have my room changed. The valet was quick and very friendly. Great coffee and park within walking distance. I spent $237 for the night $42 for the valet - I expected much more for my money. Not to the standard Hilton usually holds.

Customer service was excellent! The woman at the check-in counter was super nice and very friendly. The room was better than I expected and my kids were excited to stay. Very spacious and open. The only thing was the bathroom faucet was stripped so we were unable to use that sink. Good thing there were two sinks in the bathroom. Other than that wonderful place to stay.

Will you received terrible service from both the front desk and the valet? They were unable to get our car for the valet and they literally made us walk to the parking garage and search for our car in 90° heat which took us over 30 minutes carrying all of our luggage I was so pissed off. I had called for room service in the morning and the woman hung up on me so I decided not to order when I went to the desk to check out said oh I’m sorry I I was the one who answered the phone when you called I didn’t mean to hang up on you , why would she not call me back? If she had any interest in good service, she would’ve done that so disappointed I’m not go to Cincinnati again and I used to love this hotel when it was managed by original owners Hilton.

A/C was broken for half our stay. Room service never came to clean, bring towels or toilet paper, etc. We approached the front desk multiple times to ask them to come clean our room, but no one ever did.

Probably the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had. The AC was out in the middle of a heart wave (which was not disclosed) and then the vent in my room started blowing hot air. It was 80 degrees in my room when i decided to leave for another hotel. Not to mention the bathroom walls had mold on them and the wallpaper was peeling off. Honestly the room was filthy. The valet service lost my vehicle and lost the keys to my vehicle. It took 45 minutes for them to find my vehicle and keys.

We stayed in a room that was facing the outside. It was super loud due to traffic and emergency vehicles. The bathroom tile was dirty. Definitely needs attention.

The hotel was beautiful and had very friendly staff. The only downfall was that we never had housekeeping tend to our room any of the 4 days we were there. We had to ask the lady at the front desk for towels twice since this was never tended to by housekeeping.
