Walls were paper thin. You could hear everything next door. The sink stopper wouldn’t stay up and kept clogging the sink. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. They put all this butter in the scrambled eggs so we had to throw them out. The fresh fruit had all this sugar on it. Tammy the front desk lady was fine. The neighborhood wasn’t great. Philly has a drug problem.

We booked for 3 nights and decided to stay another night. They had our room already booked and were able to switch those coming in and keep us in the same room. Absolutely very accommodating to their customers.

Everything was clean. The pool was clean. The staff were helpful. There’s a place for all your business needs. Example conference rooms and a business center room. My Best part the modern day technology keycards. You don’t have to worry about your keycard randomly deactivating

it fits our needs-easy in and out of NE Philadelphia right off I 276 and US hwy 1 We've stayed there at least 6 times now, usually for 3 or 4 nights. We like it Seems safe.Good breakfast
only negative is that there is nowhere to walk to -

We were in town visiting for a wedding. It was such a comfortable stay! It was clean, quiet, and the morning breakfast was pretty decent before heading out to sight-see. I'd definitely stay here again.

The checkin was not pleasant. For the first time, the room wasn’t ready at the designated 3pm. We came and tried to check in early and were told to wait. They couldn’t give any estimate on when the room would be ready. The support staff worked really hard but it wasn’t ready until 3:30. Not too late, however was surprised that they didn’t seem too concerned and were like we will let you in when it is ready. Not happy and not professional. The second person at the desk was more helpful and tried helping.

This is the perfect location - central to the turnpike & Roosevelt Blvd & Rt 95 - it was beautiful and clean - a wonderful stay!!

The hotel was nice and clean. We stayed for a wedding and Kendra in the front was very patient with us even though we were very anxious during check in. The staff also recommended us places to get last minute supplies we needed. The bed was a bit hard for me but the room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was nice too in the morning. Check out was super easy.

Check in was friendly and fantastic Tammy and the other clerk were Great .
The room for the most part was clean and ready when we checked in .
There were some sticky spots on floor and countertops.
I also don’t think that it is fare to Hilton Honors members to get cheaper Rates from Expedia or Hotels .com , which I did , instead of The Hilton Brand itself.
I was quoted almost $300 for the room via Hilton and $209 through Hotel.com .
