Hotel smells musty, our room smelled like cigarettes even though they have a “strict” no smoking policy. They said they couldn’t refund us so they offered to change our room but the new room also smelled. Wouldn’t stay here again

Outside doors(closer to rooms) , did not work with the keys. All weekend! Always had to park and carry stuff thru the lobby. NOT easy or Convenient.

NOTso good. The clerk was not giving good service.

Price was great clean rooms pleasant staff and the pool and hot tub were open and operational which is rare these days. I would definitely stay here again

Nice place, but not enough parking spots

TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! Did not have room ready (wasn't oversold, just not cleaned per clerk). Stuck with a 1 king bed for 4 people til next morning with promise of discount and 2 queen beds which is what we reserved. When we finally got room, water dripped from tub, deadbolt was broken, walls were peeling, and smelled like urine. Hallways had no ac, bathroom by pools were trashed, breakfast offerings were not replenished quickly so not much to choose from depending on time we went down. At checkout, did NOT get discount. Apparently only manager EVELYN could do that. Mind you, we had called her a couple times and left VMs and left messages with the front desk for her to call us during the stay. Dead silence from her. Had no choice but to check out and pay full price cuz the poor clerk couldn't do anything with no MOD. Was told EVELYN would adjust the bill with the discount after the stay. Emailed her about it and all the issues multiple times, but met with silence. Still no discount to this day (1.5 months later). Important to know that when we spoke with other guests at breakfast, a couple people mentioned they'd been charged for extra nights or the wrong price but were told EVELYN would adjust after the stay too. EVELYN, you are not doing a good job! We have stayed here 4-5 times in the last few years and this is the worst it has been. Your customer service skills are lackluster. Run away people! Don't stay here!

Great size pool and room. Excellent breakfast and service. Hotel conditions are not as expected, a little rundown and not well kept

Property was not well maintained. The door to my room did not shut with out some persuasion. Things were at least fairly clean. But the pool area was closed for unknown reasons during my stay. Staff was fine. But likely won't stay here again

No soap in room. Needs updating

It was great. I enjoy how spacious the rooms are. I enjoy the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms as well.

Check in took a long time. Multiple people at the desk but only one person doing check in. Our key cards kept failing and had to be replace multiple times. The floors were dirty. Need to be cleaned. The shower water was not very warm. The room had a musty smell. Walls were thin could hear just about every room around us. Road construction makes it difficult to get around. This hotel needs a lot of work, and I don't recommend staying here. Save yourself disappointment and do not book this hotel.

Nice amenities pool, hot tub, free breakfast parking,area for the kids to run around and play

Talk about interesting...... For starters the Lady gave us a room that someone was already in, pool was closed due to the pool door lock being broken but the hot tub was still in order, the tv in our room didn't have a power cord and took them a day to get one for us, the outside door locks don't work they upgraded the room keys but not the entry doors so just anyone can walk in, take as you will but had cops doing around the clock patrol around the building. Ended up getting locked out of our room once we got back to our room by the entire 2nd floor door locks quit working. Plus side is the rooms have balconies on them, decently cleaned, and close to the highway. Won't be staying here again though. Morning staff was much nicer and apologetic than night staff, however the two guys working when the door locks quit worked quick to make sure we could get into our room.

We were woken up at midnight by someone trying to use a keycard at our door, unannounced. The person opened the door with their keycard, and it turned out to be a member of the staff who claimed there was an emergency with all the keycards and that they needed to hand out new ones. The situation was very peculiar, and the staff member's demeanor was quite off-putting. This could have been a simple mistake, but it made us very uneasy, especially since none of the doors were locked, and one was even missing the electric strike completely. Typically, country inns are very nice places to stay, but this experience left me feeling uneasy, and I will not be returning.

Phone didn’t work service not the best toilet seat cover wiggles

Beds are really firm and the pillow shape is a bit weird. The sodewalk had an exposed area where a metal fram should have been covering, someone could get seriously hurt, i reported it to the staff and i really hope they at least put a sign to "Watch your step" while they get it fixed. The outside doors would not open with our keycards we had to walk all the way to the front of the building and the doors were left propped open.

Locked out of our room multiple times, our door wouldn't close all the way, noisey after 12am, pot smell all the time

We got a King Suite. All 3 doors on the side of the building we were on DID NOT respond to our key card and our room was the last door on the whole floor. 1) At about 10pm, someone SUCCESSFULLY OPENED OUR DOOR with another key. We had the security latch on so they couldn't get in but they unlocked our door. We were frightened enough to not find out what was going on. But we did peek out and there was someone unlocking doors down the hallway and doors beeped for a a bit the next hour. 2) The next morning, our keys DID NOT WORK!!!!! When It was brought to attention of staff, the kid at the desk said "Sorry, but you gotta email the general manager." That was it. Others in front of us were dealing with same situation but were far more patient than I. Apparently, the hotel "reset" its system and most of the keys given didnt work. This was Labor Day weekend. The hotel was FULL!!!! Talk about ridiculous!! I did email person but no response yet.

We couldn't check in on time, the pools was closed the first day, it smelled like weed every day and we got locked out of our room 4 times in 2 days. They claim it was their system. And the bath tub kept filling up when showering.

We waited for over 20 minutes in line to check in, so right off the bat we’re not off to a great start. We also booked this hotel because it had a pool, come to find it it’s closed. Another disappointment. We get checked in and get our keys, open the door to our room and there is other peoples belongings already in the room. Now if that was me and someone walked into my room on accident because the front deck was giving out the wrong keys, I would be very very upset. We finally get settled in our room and there’s absolutely no air conditioning. It was 75 degrees our entire stay, it was not pleasant. The breakfast the following morning was very cold. I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear of this place. If it’s possible I would like a response and explanation.

This motel is run down wirh the ceiling falling in the shower. The room smelled terribly. I would never choose to stay here again.

Clean and great shuttle service

My smoke alarm began to beep soon after I checked in. Management responded immediately and I had as excellent stay. Breakfast was delicious.

Front desk staff were not efficient or helpful. Hallways and rooms looked run down with dirty carpet, chipping paint, and dents in doors. The hallways also had a disgusting odor.

Terrible, doors didn’t lock in the room. Room had not been cleaned. Room stunk like b.o. will never stay there again.

I didn’t like all the noise going on past midnight in the hallways other than that it was good stay.

It was loud at night, young adults banging doors and talking very loudly.

The room was without a tub. The shower overflowed and flood the whole bathroom. The front office said they would send housekeeping and maintenance to take care of the problem. No one came during our 3 day stay. We wiped up the bathroom floor with our towels. I asked for a new room but was told they were booked full. Then I asked for fresh towels. We were given 3 pool towels not bath towels. And the front desk said they would have housekeeping send us towels for the next day. Nothing was done. Finally on our last night when I asked again for fresh towels the staff member at the front desk said he would deliver towels in about 15 minutes. He actually brought clean towels. We left the next morning with a pile of wet towels from our first night still heaped in the bathroom. I cannot believe how terrible our stay was.

Everything was good except the side entrance door did not work when scanning from the outside. We had to walk around to the front with all of our luggage to enter. The sad part was that the front desk didn't tell us that at check in. She did not mention about the complimentary breakfast or anything. They only have a QR code for people to look up their welcome page, TV channel, and other information. People without a smartphone would not be able to access any information.

Dated, dirty hotel that smells like the smoking they claim to not allow. No hot water and just dingy.
