Not much to say. They provided toiletries along with lotions and shower gels. No microwave in the room tho. Great location for eating and shopping.

Front desk was not staffed. Breakfast area had trash cans overflowing and ran out of coffee before 8am. Our toilet was broken and no maintenance was available. The young gal behind the desk had no clue how to resolve the issue. My husband was able to fix the toilet during our stay but the hotel is aged, and in need of major updates in the rooms. The limited staff on site should be trained and have resources available to them for repairs to be made timely.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good . Always had coffee going and hot water available for tea. It would’ve been perfect if the cable did not go off for 24 hours.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel. We have been satisfying every time. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. Great value.

This is probably the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in. I'm sure that what happened to us was bad luck, it's obviously lack of management in this property. People at front desk is not friendly, staff in general is not, the housekeeper even knocked our door around 10AM to ask the time we were leaving to clean the room. TV didn't work, there was something wrong the antenna, at least that was the message on the screen. Breakfast area was a mess, food on the floor everywhere, no cofee, no juice, no fruit. The person in charge showed up but she just cleaned a few things and put some extra egg, the worst breakfast experience we have had in a Hampton Inn by far. Beds were not comfortable and people were running upstairs, they woke us up around 1 AM, nobody cares about anything in this hotel. We stayed a couple of months ago in Hampton Inn downtown Minneapolis, the experience was totally opposite. We will never return to this one, it's not worth it, i wish they offered refunds for the bad service we received, probably they won't even care about my comment.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Furniture was stained. Smelled like old water.

Hotel needs a complete renovation of the rooms!!

Rooms were old dated , stayed there for 3 nights on second day 1 berberic customer came to at 12 am at night started abusing and yelling on us for no reason , when i went to front office i was told they dont have another room available to to move us to , really felt threatened, person abused my son who is just 14 year old , in the morning i met with G.M and then her moved us to another room , I always used to love Hampton inn but not any more

Non-smoking room smelled a lot like smoke. So did lobby, elevator, etc. Our room wasn't ready when we came to checkin at 4:45pm.

My wife and I love the king size beds the hotel. Very comfortable. When we checked out , they was no one at the desk. I wanted to mention, the sink in the bathroom ran very very slow. And the toilet seat needed to be tightened. Just little things.

Our only struggle was the shower/tub was a little difficult to stand in!! Rounded bottom

So…. The front desk guy was super nice and accommodating. But the positives end there. The room smelled of wet dog. Air conditioning was not working properly and the room had a damp feeling. But worst of all, the safety latch had been filed down so that it could be opened from the outside. In addition, the exterior door of the building, which said it needed to remain locked at all times was not locked. The entire stay. The whole thing weirded me out and we ended up leaving early and going to a different hotel. I didn’t feel safe.

Hotel didn't look as nice as the photos. Had to transfer rooms when I first checked in because it was dirty, no towels, mini fridge not working. Hotel had a very strong odor in the common areas.

I like the service at the front desk....I didn't like the house keeping...

Cleaning

Fits the need. I needed a safe, convenient, clean place to sleep during my conference travel. Breakfast offered enough variety and is included. No additional parking costs. Fitness center had Cardio equipment options and the indoor pool looked like a solid alternative.

Easy to book. Friendly staff. Room smelled aweful. Had to change rooms. New room was ok. No breakfast ready on time. No coffee ready. Hot water was cold. Breakfast minimal. No yogurt or fruit.
