I loved my stay! My beds were made up every day, my kids LOVED that their blankets and plushies were reset in the bed for them. Great and super friendly staff! The valet guys were awesome and very friendly! I'll definitely be back.

Nice hotel with a good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only objection was that they do not offer storage of luggage. And the hotel staff could be a little more welcoming. But overall, I recommend it.

very conveniently located. Clean rooms friendly staff. The only thing is the „destination fee“ of $30 that was part of our package. While it is clearly stated as a part of the price, it still doesn’t feel good. You can use it in the overpriced hotel restaurant but are likely to spend more as it isn’t even sufficient for a breakfast for one.

This was a beautiful property in a great location. The breakfast food in the restaurant was simply okay, and not worth the price in my opinion. The beds are extra firm so if this is something you like it’s great, for me it was extremely uncomfortable for our three night stay. Overall the staff was courteous and welcoming.

The location of this property is terrific. The concierge John is incredible - so very helpful! However, we did leave an item in the room when we checked out and the management claims despite their “system” of logging found items, the item is still missing.

Building clean, staff friendly and shower fantastic! Will definitely stay here again. So close to Fishermans Wharf, Little Italy and Chinatown. We were able to walk to each with ease!

We walk to pier 33 for a tour to Angel island and Alcatraz island, so it is convenient for us. There is no self parking on site, but $75/night valet parking, it is expensive.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. Very walkable. Unfortunately, as is typical of many posh California resorts, taxes, fees, fees, and more fees add up.

We would stay here again. We loved the area and walking to great restaurants & sightseeing spots. We averaged 25k steps per day. See the concierge for restaurant recommendations. The staff are all helpful and professional. Everyone we encountered was awesome. The rooms are nice although the sheets are scratchy and most of the pillows were thin and flat.

The staff were monotone and unfriendly. The front desk gave me a scare when they said I made my reservation for the night before, and said it like "you were supposed to have checked in last night" in a rude way. At first they just stared at me, and when I expressed confusion and concern, they checked again and said, "oh no I see it here" and just went on, no apologies. No one smiled or offered any insight about the property. The coupon they gave (which I didn't use since I was only there for one night) was 3 months expired. The only person who smiled was the bellhop after I tipped him. There was rotting on ceiling above the shower.

I called ahead to request an early check in and was told it shouldn’t be a problem. We got there at noon and was told they didn’t have any rooms available but they were working on it and took my # to call me. 2 PM I hadn’t received a call so I called them and was told it would be another hour. 3pm came and went - no call. We checked in at the regular 4pm time. Wish they would have communicated better.

The only thing I can say was not Marriott standards, towels were cheap quality, the pillows had a bad odor, and the cleanness was very not good at all. For Gold Elite members they didn’t do anything for us, no lounges for members, the lighting in the room was very poor the WiFi queue was very bad.

I stayed here with my kids and wish we hadn't. The hotel itself was ok, very dull, very outdated. The rooms were nothing special at all. The biggest ordeal was this place is a complete ripoff and scam! There are numerous daily fees, resort fees, parking fees that total a substantial amount of money. We ended up paying over $800.00 in fees alone! They scam you by telling you that you have a $30 meal credit, but you never get that credit. The other fees, including parking is outrageous...parking along was $70/night!!! The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Even the location of the hotel was ok. The vending machine for water was out of service so they gave us rubber bottles that had a horrible smell to them and told us to fill those up and use them. Disgusting! There are WAY better hotels, with better locations, better service, and without all of the scam fees in the area. Please do your research and find a better hotel than this one. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like boring hotels that scam you.
