We had the executive room, everything was perfect. We were abit spectical about staying her because of some of the bad reviews we had read. But we had no issues at all. Staff were great the hotel was amazing and great location.

Extremely friendly staff and very professional. Front desk personnel especially Zaineb was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff specifically Mohumut Amin were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back

Since I did not have the opportunity to go out of Istanbul for this holiday, I wanted to try Hilton Bosphorus for a stay and I’m more than satisfied.

5 star for everything. The Bosphorus view from our room is stunning. Complimentary breakfast has a large selection. Staff are very nice. Lobby is beautiful. Highly recommend it to all.

WE HAD A TRULY PERFECT STAY AT THE HILTON -THE FOOD ROOMS CLEANING AND EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WERE ALL EXCELLENT THE ONLY REGRET WAS THAT THE INDOOR POOL WAS CLOSED AND SURPRISINGLY THE TENNIS COURTS WOULDNT HIRE OUT RACKETS SO MY SON WAS DISAPPOINTED AT NO BEING ABLE TO PLAY

The property is iconic with wonderful views of the Bosporus and lovely grounds including an expansive pool area. But, the real highlight is the excellent staff. They are there to help, with a smile, whenever needed. I look forward to staying at the Hilton Bosporus again.

We had the most amazing experience at Hilton Bosphorous. 1. Service: The best service I have come across ever. From reception to door staff to breakfast/lounge staff. 2. Faciltiy is well maintained and rooms are very nice.

My trip started out bad with airlines leaving my luggage in JFK, but luckily I arrived to this hotel and the entire staff made it possible for me to forget the entire dilemma. Everyone is so nice and devoted to serve you with a smile! Excellent staff

It’s always a pleasure staying at the Hilton Bosporus. It’s my favourite location, close to everything, clean and beautiful views. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding As a female solo traveller always felt safe! Looking forward to see the new renovation!

Fantastic hotel. Love the location and staff. But it’s now really showing it’s age. I hope the new renovation will fix the sound issue and housekeeping noise. Otherwise fantastic location and service

The rooms are very spacious and the balcony had an amazing view. Everything was great from the staff to the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

In the middle of the city Quite and clean

Our stay was amazing! the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The most child friendly hotel I have ever stayed in, my son had the time of his life. Thank you to all the staff especially Ahmad for a wonderful time.

This is our second time here and the reason in the great service and staff and also location which is great and great access to everything.

The hotel is under construction and there is awful noise from 9 to 5. You can’t really rest in the room. The hotel is also very old.

Amazing hotel. Looks old from the outside but beautiful and new inside. Very large location that seems well run and organized. Had a great room and was super clean.

The reception made sure that the rom had no perfumes / detergent smells present. (This is rare to experience because many places use refresheners to cover up the deep cleaning that's missing.) The view and the location was just breathtaking. It was the best Hilton, and hotel experience in general, so far.

Safe, clean and beautiful!

We had a family reunion from 3 different countries, some of us for the first time. Had two adjoining rooms and were well taken care of. We used the health club amenities which we liked a lot.

Little old fashioned, need some modern styling and more clean, rooms are old. But location and terrace is good

It was perfect location

Staff were absolutely wonderful- polite, helpful and friendly. I was particularly struck with how kind they are to the local cats. I am not a huge cat fan but it's nice to see some kindness. The hotel is lovely; clean and well looked after. The rooms are a little dated but nothing unbearable and despite this they were clean and room service always left everything very neat. The health centre was very nice- I can highly recommend a massage from Murat- he is very knowledgeable and an excellent masseuse. The outdoor pool is great- nice and deep, very clean and quiet.
