Shuttle service

Our flights were cancelled and we chose this hotel to stay at since it advertised a shuttle service and what it was rated. The entire check in experience just seemed odd. We called for the shuttle, received friendly and accurate directions. When we arrived to the front desk the woman that was training the new employee asked what brought us in, I told the woman that our flights were canceled. There was no reply, kind of odd. When another guest came to check in towards the end of our group checking in, I seemed a bit rushed rather than just greeting the other party and informing them she would be with them in a moment. I also requested a shuttle back to the airport at noon the next day and was told we would have to do two separate trips since it was the weekend. Another person in our party asked if there were any complimentary toiletries since they did not have them with them, they were informed there was a Walmart 5 minutes away and we could buy a pack for a decent price there. The shuttle driver who was helping us with the pack and plays went above and beyond. Super friendly and hospitable. We had great friendly experiences with the am and pm F&B staff as well as the shuttle driver the next day.

Was nice but dated and a bit run down.

Room was not the caliber that I accustomed to in Courtyard Marriott. Hotel was average and no amenities in the room. Average for a 1 night stay and was late due to flight delay after midnight but the shuttle was not operating after midnight.

Check in was smooth and quick. Hoyle is clean and well maintained. Bed comfy. Worked great for my needs.

Very convenient to the airport

This place rocks! They helped me get 6 bags of luggage to the check-in counter and i was nervouse since it was just be and my toddler. They were all so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying. Their breakfast was great too! 5 stars all day!

1 night stay room clean and comfortable staff at check great friendly and accommodating. Only downside we had earlier morning flight was told coffee would be available at 4 am husband went down to get and was told it’s Saturday and not available until 6am I checked out at 5 am was asked how was your stay my one complaint was no coffee she told me she was very busy and didn’t have time

Loved how reliable the shuttle was from the airport from late in the evening to early in the morning! I only spent a night here but if ever in the area again I will probably stay again for the staff was also extremely welcoming and kind!

It was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the housekeeper knocking at 8am to clean! Why so early?

The room and rate were fair. The property itself is a bit dated. The elevator location is ridiculously far from the lobby. We utilized the stairs which was fine.

Lack of flexibility for flight changes is unacceptable and will not be staying here for any of my future business trips and will be sure to let everyone i work and interact with to avoid as well.

The room smelled like it had just been fumigated. I could not breathe inside the room my lungs and eyes were burning. All i could smell and taste was pesticides. Could not stay here, needed to get a different hotel room at a different facility.
