Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable , the pool (when not closed) was nice , and the front desk service was great. They were attentive to all my needs. Location is right across from a tram stop that can take you to the center of town . Ya. It’s a place worth staying at .

We travelled as family and couldn’t fault the hotel.
Rooms are spacious, clean and have all amenities. The staff are super friendly, amazing with the kids and went out of their way to help.
The breakfast selection was huge, great coffee and lots of fresh local food which was lovely.
The location is good, 2 mins from all trams, buses & metro, and about 15 mins walk into the centre.

The hotel is ok and the room was well maintained, but during our 2 days in the hotel the rooms didn’t have WiFi. Terrible experience for a business trip and the hotel didn’t provide any solution or compensation.

Super invigorating and relaxing with one of the best and cleanest hotel swimming pools around. The saunas were terrific, as you’d expect in Helsinki and the dinner menu also impressive. Never thought I’d eat reindeer but yep, when in Finland ! Coming back soon.

Great location, easy access to the central area in Helsinki and the great transportation network. Great service, awesome breakfast buffet, great option for dining if you decide not to go out. Very nice sauna experience, although the pool could be a bit warmer. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Well located but with so much road works around.
The reception staff who did my check in wasn’t very welcoming but cold and not a smile.
I stayed in the bar for work and no one came to ask me if I needed anything. I had to go to the bar to order a coffee and it looked like I really bothered them.
Breakfast was alright.
I will not be staying again, there are other hotels much more welcoming.

Well located for the centre of Helsinki, walkable if weather permits but it’s a three minute walk to Hakanemi Metro station if not. This metro station is two stops to Helsinki central railway station which is the centre point for most Helsinki landmarks, bars and shopping.
The hotel itself - being a Hilton - boasts all the amenities one could reasonably want and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Minor drawbacks: the buffet breakfast is served with cold plates and the single room is very small but these are trivial points.

Need renovations: TV is too old, no option to connect any Apps like YouTube etc, connect your own devices or other option. THE BREAKFAST quiet good and many options but too small space in the breakfast place and too dark. No sleepers or bathrobe in the room . In general is good located, very close to centre and transportation.

Great service attitude. It is a classic design hotel. The room is very spacious. The overall experience exceeds expectation. It is close to railway station. The only demerit is that breakfast is too salty.

The conditioner cannot be off. You cannot change the room temperature: only 21-22 degrees Celcius. Because the totalitarian hotel management believes that 21 is the best temperature for all people for all time. I had to work all day in my room, and had to take on all my clothes: sweater, coat, hat. And it was insufficiently warm anyway. The worst hotel I ever had.

A nice hotel with all amenities, though they are from the time the hotel was built. For me a good location. But should need some refurbishments, AC not working properly.

Very good breakfast. But, room comfort was barely satisfactory. The room temperature could not be raised and the AC could not be shut off. Cold air came straight to the pillow. Hotel provided supplemtary heaterbbut it was inefficient and inadequate.

Location was amazing! Easy to walk to main attractions and railway station / tram / buses. However there is building work outside the hotel (and throughout Helsinki) which was noisy and dirty. Also the sofa bed hadn't been made up on arrival, there were not enough towels provided initially and the bathroom had stains on the wall and was 'tatty'. Food was good in the restaurant though.

Nice property in a decent location but missing a few amenities like a refrigerator in the room, and no hot tub or jacuzzi in the sauna / pool area.
Staff were friendly but room was very inconsistently cleaned, or they asked to clean the room at odd hours (8:30pm!).
Area around hotel is undergoing a lot of construction and not too many restaurants right around it.
