Good hotel, large room, dog friendly. Great for family as they had a play ground and space to run around. Room was large, but not cozy. Television could be updated in size and quality. So small and far away from bed

The communication from the hotel was excellent and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating so that was a plus. The rooms were partially updated but the bathroom walls, ceilings, floors and baseboards were not and there were visible areas of mold. The hot tub was roomy but we did not use it because the water was not warm enough for the cold outside temps. We did see a whole herd of elk (at least 100, probably more) pass right outside our window, so that was the highlight of our stay.

Everyone was very nice, from check in to the breakfast service to every interaction we had with someone. The room was very clean and all was fine. It was fun to see an elk right outside our room.

The curtains looked like someone shredded them on the outside. The floors were sticky. Bathroom was small. There was just an overall feeling of filth. One of the worst stays we've ever had.

We needed a room that was disabled accessible to share with my brother and they were able to supply that. We weren’t sure what to expect from the outside because it looks kind of dated with window air conditioners and dated look, but the inside was great! The only thing that bothered us was the sliding bathroom door which was difficult to manuver..they could fix that with a simple knob. Otherwise we would stay there again!

This is a cozy and comfortable place to stay while in Estes Park. Great location, and the staff is excellent! My go to olace to stay in this area. Love the firepit, and Cowboy Rodgers sings and stories!

If you’re hiking at RMNP, then it’s a perfect location. When it says luxury suite studio, it depends what you consider luxury. It more of a motel than a resort. Staff is nice, breakfast is very limited

Very nice resort with live music in the evening and convenient location. Walk to estes lake and dining, just a short drive to the national park and into town with plenty of shopping and additional dining. Would recommend for families or couples.

Staff was amazing and receptive. There is always fresh popcorn and dvds to rent, the hot tub is awesome, and you can get a pass to the nearby mountain coaster. Great time, close to the park, would recommend 10/10!

We really enjoyed our time here, loved the DVDs, popcorn singing with Cowboy Roger at the fire. Great facilities. Our only negative was that our room never had a service we always came back to our room after a big day and had to make the bed! But other than that, a great choice we made choosing this place for our Rocky Mountains holiday. I would choose it again.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite. Room did not look like the photos, but it was clean and comfortable. Jetted tub did not work. Suited our needs but room could have used some updating and some comfortable chairs to sit on.

The line to check in was long. The window ac is noisy so I turned it off whenever comfortable and listened to the next doors ac unit cycle on and off. The floor creaks also so sleeping soundly is a challenge. On the plus side, the unit is clean, the tv offers countless channels and there are a lot of amenities to enjoy.

The customer service at Murphy's Resort was top notch! Everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. The room was ready on time and we were even sent a text message letting us know. The property itself is pretty dated and some rooms are tired. We understand that updating takes time and money. The pool was heated and clean and the hot tub was huge! Given the chance, we would stay here again.
