Room was fine and comfortable for the one night we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The king room we stayed in needs a little attention. The queen bedroom we also had was great! Parking was easy and great to have. Location close to everything

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The photos are misleading as part of it looks as if it has been updated but overall it is a “landlord’s special”. Putting all of this aside we found a roach in the middle of the night. I rented a total of 3 rooms and all my family mentioned the room’s conditions and how gross it was to stay there. I thought it couldn’t get any worse, but it did! We carried a roach with us. We only saw one in our truck and can’t say if there were more, but coming home I left our suitcases outside our home for a week. Please, please find another room unless you want the extra guests.

This hotel is walkable to the historic district and has plenty of parking. Our room was large and clean. It has been updated but the quality was not good. Breakfast buffet was ok. I would recommend this establishment for a short visit.
It does have a historic tree on the property that is over 600 years old called “Old Senator”

We’ve stayed here several times over the last 20 years. Even though it was purchased and “renovated”, it’s really just run down. Walls are super thin. We could hear our neighbors entire basic conversation once we turned our TV off. So many chips and scuff marks on walls and in the dining area. Continental breakfast was probably the worst one I’ve ever had in our family vacation travels. They came to tidy up room and didn’t make beds. I don’t know if this bothers anyone, we’ve never had that experience though.
Customer service checking in/out and the gentleman at the breakfast was great. We only stayed two nights, so it was OK for that.
We enjoy the walk to historic old town. Allows us to see some other shops! Also, there is a small coffee/juice/smoothie bar in the neighborhood behind! Excellent service and coffee!

Location was great as it is close to fountain of youth and other attractions. Other than that the room was not well maintained and honestly the sheets and towels felt dirty. I did not want to walk barefoot in the bathroom or room.

been there 3 times with my partner. The employees are friendly and helpful. Gerome, serves breakfast and we thinks he's the best. Through and friendly...The location is good for a short walk to everything.

The property was located in a nice area with walking distances to activities and restaurants. The front desk ladies were super nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rooms outside/inside weren’t kept up properly or just poorly fixed. The room we stayed in the bed was slightly uncomfortable. The tv had poor signal not giving us a chance to watch tv fully without having buffering visuals. The shower has cracked pieces of wall, the water didn’t even get hot along with the water pressure being trash, the sliding door was broken didn’t close fully. The door entrance for the bathroom coming out was cracked and just poorly covered or just didn’t attempt to fix it. I overall am disappointed because it was not my first time staying here, I was here back in 2021 of June double bed rooms were newly renovated and nice looking then any of the rooms now. I’m hoping that they’ll focus on these reviews and fix the single bed rooms in front of office.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was convenient for all the festivities in the area. For the hotel itself, the water pressure needs be fixed in the shower. Poor water flow from the shower head. The free breakfast buffet was generic as it gets. Yes it’s free but not recommended.

We had to evacuate for the Storm we paid like 627 for 3 kings size bed for 1 nights know never answered our calls for a code they kept responding us through text in chin language! We was stuck in a bad situation and miles away from home we are waiting for a refund

Online photos and reviews are grossly minsinformation. This was a very lower class motel. And it’s wrong that it’s presented online as different. It’s a dirty motel. Not a villa. And not 4 star. So much so, we didn’t even stay. We checked out immediately. We got another hotel. We were told we needed to pursue refund through this internet broker … who said they will not refund anything g as we needed to go through the hotel. After multiple attempts to pursue both., realize neither are doing anything. each effectively use each other to hedge responsibility. I advised I would never stay at the hotel, not book with this internet site nor the hotel (motel) again.

warning… they have trolleys and buses that drive-through in front of your door that beep the horn starting at 8:30 in the morning every single day for every 10 minutes they beep their horn in front of an old tree… if you plan on getting away from children and sleeping in this is not the hotel for you.

I brought my woman here to rekindle things and this place was a great choice with beachside dining and delicious drinks. We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed the hot tub after hours. We were able to tan on the balcony before the sun went down. Local shops everywhere to find anything you may need on your trips away. Would recommend this place to any friend or family. The cost of everything was fair.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Perfect location. Located on the grounds of the oldest living oak tree named, "The Senator". Over 600 years old. Across from the Fountain Of Youth. Walking distance to Ripleys Believe it or not.
Sightseeing tram transportation was also on site.

The check in was easy and room was ready ahead of time for a slightly early check in which was nice since we got to town earlier than we expected. The room was clean and smelled clean without the overpowering bleach smell you sometimes run into in hotel rooms. The property itself looks very old, but the rooms are updated inside. The location was excellent if you appreciate the historic district vs being beachside, and the trolley tour stops right in the parking lot since the 600 year old tree is on the property. Magnolia Ave is right behind the property. The pool was being tended to (being cleaned with a net) and looked clean, however, when we got out, we could see our foot prints from the algae in the bottom of the pool. For the price I paid, this was a great place to stay.
