This place was nicer then I expected. I'm here looking for a home and it has everything I needed. Kitchen and such. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. If I need to stay in Kauai before my home is finalized, here's where I'll be.

Excellent accommodations. Our place was newly renovated with fresh paint, new flooring, new kitchen appliances. Unit was very clean. Parking was great. We had our own covered garage parking space. We were given an upper floor unit, as requested. Only observation, not a complaint, is that there is no elevator. This was not a problem for my wife and me, but it might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Very nice central location only minutes from the airport. We would most definitely stay at this property again.

The resort is older but located close to the airport and has reasonably good amenities. Pool and tennis courts were nice (we didn't use them). Rooms were clean and they had beach and bath towels. Good space overall and great for our stay in Kauai. Kitchen was also nice and very usable. Overall good experience but don't expect a fancy resort.

This facility is nice and i would have really enjoyed it but the owner of the unit we stayed in #7023 refused to put up curtians or any kind of blinds so we had absolutely no privacy and it made our condo area very hot and uncomfortable. Every time a car would drive by in the night the headlights shone right into our room waking us up. So if you do stay at this place and they assign you unit # 7023 make sure it has curtains or ask them to put you somewhere else!!! The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. Other than that the property is in a great location right across the street from a nice beach and close to costco and walmart. Heather the front desk manager was nice and did try to do something about the drapes situation.

Positive: Super close to the airport. We liked the pool-barbecue area.
Negative: If you arrive early, you CANNOT check in until 4 pm. I was charged $239 for Resort fee, but I told the lady in the lobby that I had already paid it and showed her a screenshot of the Expedia receipt. She said that they (resort)have told Expedia that they would charge that fee.
The unit we got was outdated: carpet, floor, bathroom. Super noisy AC unit in the bedroom.
Will not stay here ever again.

The service was terrible. Girl at the lobby seemed like she hated her job. Lobby closes at a certain time so if you need something after hours (like we did) you’re out of luck. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. Very disappointed

This place was wonderful and family friendly. They had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and polite. I was amazed by how clean the dishes were ready for us to use. Thank you Banyan for the pleasant stay it was our home away from home!

The resort is old and not updated. The rooms were small, the beds were small. Overall, it was a place to lay your head. I did like have your own covered parking spot.

The unit we were in seemed recently renovated, so from inside was very nice. It was 6 of us and we stayed only for 1 night so worked just fine. It didn’t have dishwasher but didn’t matter too much for 1 night. Bedrooms are upstairs so little inconvenient to take your luggage.

Rooms were dated and obvious signs of previous water damage….felt extremely humid and AC couldn’t keep up….lots of stairs…very uncomfortable beds….overall not enjoyable and glad only one night of misery

The unit itself was great - clean, well taken care of, very comfortable, and spacious. It was a little tricky to maneuver with baggage to get to the unit with all the climbing of stairs that had to be done. Also wish the pool was closer but we just had to hike over to it.

This lovely condo looked as though it was recently and very nice compared to one we had rented for a night at Banyan Harbor the week before. Contemporary, very clean and thoughtfully furnished. I would not recommend sleeping on the pull out couch to trundle however, as it is very firm. There was a comfortable recliner so I slept in that. A blow dryer in the bathroom would be a good addition. But we very much appreciated this lovely condo. The owners have done a really great job with it.

A bit dated but clean. Spacious. Conveniently located. Had full kitchen, which is a huge bonus. The only issue I had was that the pictures on Expedia showed hardwood floors, it looked updated from when I had previously visited. The unit I got still had the old carpet, so not the updated one I was hoping for. But at least all the air conditioning units worked this time yay! All in all it was a good place to stay

I got a really nice Condominium (look’s like a house) doble floor, doble bedroom, doble bathroom and a nice view to the sea. You need to drive like 20 min far away to find a nice place to swing but it is an small island. Behind the hotel it is an amazing place to eat, the name is Kauai Boba & Barbecue( delicious and amazing people).
