We have stayed at this property multiple times, and it has been amazing every time. It is our favorite hotel in downtown Denver.

We had a terrible experience last time, ive stayed here over 15 times but last time we waited a whole hour for our room to be ready. And that was after the 4 O'clock check in. Not to mention the numerous pepole that walked up and got a room right away after i was turned away mutiple times. We didnt have a special room either so that was not the issue. So I'll never stay here again. I could of went to any other hotel and checked in right away.

Room was not ready, they made us wait over an hour. When I went to the counter over 30 mins after the check in time asking why my room still wasn’t ready, they just switched me to a different room that was available.
When I tried to escalate to a manager to discuss the inconvenience and get credit for the money we spent at the restaurant waiting, the manager, Anna, gave us silent treatment lol.
I asked to have it escalated and was told another manager would call me to resolve, but they never did.

The room was great but housekeeping came knocking on my door when I was still in bed. My breakfast was lukewarm. We waited over 15 minutes just for water and over 30 minutes for breakfast and they were not very busy. Very disappointed this time

Great hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is interesting. Lots of homeless people laying on street, toilet paper down alleys, sketchy people everywhere. No knock on the hotel. It’s more of a reflection on downtown Denver. We didn’t die.

Great hotel in the downtown Denver area, I gave them four out of five stars for the staff area because we were unable to get there for the first night of a two night reservation. I called them on the night of the first reservation to let them know that we had travel difficulties and would not be checking in until the following day. The gentleman I spoke with assured me that would be OK, but when we arrived at the hotel, our reservation had been canceled.

I was surprised about the $25 destination fee. For some reason I didn't notice it when I booked it. It seems to me that it could have been more clearly communicated beforehand. We got one breakfast meal out of it but it felt a little coerced.

There is one con: the latch to use the shower came apart several times. Although , the front desk sent someone up right away to fix each time, it was still an incovenience.

. Phone in room broken - which we need to coordinate valet of our car - and after asking 4 times it was never fixed. TV didn’t work. Manager was rude and couldn’t be bothered With any of these issues. They did nothing about this, no credit, no discount, nothing. They said since it was reserved through a third party, they had no ability to offer any refund or credits at all.

Hotel was clean however, the shower drain was clogged, and the shower diverter was missing. I will say that once I called maintenance did respond quickly for the diverter. I am sure the drain was unclogged the next day. Beds were comfortable and pillows rocked. I would stay again, if the price was less.

We thought the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The only downsides were, first, the elevators. There were four, but it seems that maybe a couple were down? We were waiting seemingly ever for an elevator. The second is the 11:00 checkout time. We do a lot of weekend trips to Denver and have stayed at maybe 15 different downtown Denver hotels. They ALL have 12:00 checkout times. It's not a deal killer but it did make our morning a bit rushed. These are minor dings and we will stay there again.

Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming. We walked by the desk probably 15 times and never once did anyone say hello or acknowledge us even when in line no one acknowledges you until they absolutely have to. Gives off the vibe that we are bothering them being the paying guests.Overnight valet did not speak at all to us when we brought car back late…was a bit weird how no one talked…day time valet were friendly and did a great job.
