Great stay as always. Breakfast my last morning was extremely busy and the dining area was very crowded. After asking a few people, I was finally told that there was a football game that day (something to be mindful of for future stays). Despite the craziness, they were great about restocking items. I did miss the breakfast potatoes and the sausage patties that they usually have during my stay (bacon would be another welcome option), but it’s not a big deal. The only thing that I would change is the room temperature controls. I like it to be cold, but the temperature wouldn’t go lower than 65. I had a hard time sleeping because it was too warm. The AC wasn’t an option the last 2 times I’ve stayed. If you need it to be cold and like white noise to sleep, I recommend turning the air off each evening and bringing your own fan. On the plus side, I commend the staff for cracking down on the smoking that was occurring on the property, especially right in front of the entrance. I didn’t see or smell anyone smoking on the property during my last two stays. Thank you so much!

We appreciated the layout of the room and bathroom. The resteraunt next door was yummy! The pool was perfect. Hot tub was nice to relax in but did have issues staying on for more then 5 min at a time regardless of the time put on it. Breakfast was a goid mixture of waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, muffins, coffee, juice etc... Distance to Pittsburgh was perfect, not directly in the city but not far away.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price.

The hot tub was cold and not clean

We had a great stay, staff was very friendly, breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed our time spent there. The pool was great along with the hot tub. We even utilized the fitness center as well.

Comfy bed. Updated room was ok. Was dusty. The drapes were old, dingy and dusty. The toilet kept running and the bath tub had a continuous leak also. I was on the second floor room 220. For the cost I cant complain. Breakfast was a miss and the coffee was disgusting. It came from some machine and wasnt a brewed or even a drip coffee.

Room very clean but weird off putting smell in hallway & right when you walked in room. I liked the room etc, but smell bothered me- my husband didn't seem to mind. We were also awakened at 3a.m. by yelling in the hall way for about an hour. When I mentioned this to front desk in the a.m. she totally blew me off.

Front desk not very courteous/helpful when asked questions. Computer/business room had inoperable computers; when inquired for help at front desk, told that computers had "been down for awhile." NO SIGN on door indicating computers were useless/not functioning. Also no help in assisting me & Cardiac patient travelling with me to find new lodging night of fire/flood. BAD review from me to all my family and friends!!
