We stay here all the time on our way back from vacation. This stay was disappointing. When we checked j the front desk advised that there would be a power shut down somewhere between 10pm-6am for usually up to an hour. Well at around 10:45 the power went off and did not come on until after 7am. Having the power off of course shut off any airflow in the room, having this happen it made it very difficult to sleep, and we could hear every single noise from the room beside us. So this was way more than an hour, needless to say I did not sleep much.
I would have expected that the hotel would have compensated us with something, even if it was a complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed in this hotel on this stay.

The staff was friendly. The two elevators were broken. One didn’t work at all. The other only partially worked we had to enter through the rear into the laundry room. Instead of a lavish lobby they could spend money on repairs and room upgrades.

Looked like there was a leak from the room above.. It was patched and never repainted!! Every hallway smelled like marijuana.. and when we came back to our room.. it smelled as if someone was smoking marijuana IN our room!!! The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.. And I stepped on a pushpin that was on the floor!!!

Loved that the property had a patio, bar and restaurant/ especially an outdoor venue. On this particular night we experienced a beautiful crescent moon on a clear mild evening.

The front desk person was rude and not friendly. She never looked up or said “hello”—all business. Was not expecting that from this brand. The gentleman I happened to catch at the elevator had also checked in and we agreed it was one of the worst check in experience. The room was clean but the air conditioner was very noisy when it turned on and off. Like an old car trying to start. I ordered the cheesecake from the restaurant and it was stuffed into a box with a handful of blueberries with the stems on and one strawberry uncut, with the stem on. Was not appealing.

Bed had a wet spot. It didn’t smell, so maybe they had cleaned it and didn’t let it dry. No hot water in shower.

When we arrived the power outage surge was going on and we were unable to get checked in right away, which was no problem and the staff was very friendly about the whole situation and the General Manager gave us vouchers for breakfast for the inconvenience. So that was nice, all in all a great place to stay

Not enough overnight staffing. Only one employee on duty. Incident during night in the pool area required police intervention. One employee cannot handle the entire building and guests for 8 hours. Corporate policy needs to be reviewed and updated.

Stay for a night as a last minute booking to break up a long drive. Staff were nice and property was clean and in good condition. Shopping area with target and other stores nearby. Cenci's Pizzera it super close and was easy to pick up food after hours in the car. Food was great.

Switched hotels for an overnight in Cranberry on our migration from Michigan to Maryland. Overall the stay was fine, but noisy kids were running down the hallway until late in the evening. Good AC was a blessing with the outside temp at 97F. Some nice offerings at breakfast, e.g., fresh fruit salad, but possibly the worst omelettes we've every had.

The girl at the check in (Hannah) barely acknowledged us. Didn’t even look at us making it difficult to even understand what she was saying and we had to ask her to repeat everything. Not a good customer service rep.

It was nice overall. The pricing was reasonable too. I was there 6 days. The cleaning staff never kept a regular schedule I had to ask for my room to be clean on the fourth day. Two separate times I had to track down staff members for clean towels. I wasn’t aware they allowed dogs in the hotel. One night I had trouble sleeping because another guest had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking and howling. There was one particular person that worked the front desk who seemed to be perturbed every time you passed or asked for a service.

Hotel was terrific with one exception—we were unaware the breakfast wasn’t included in the cost of the stay and the options for the additional fee didn’t match up to the price. Other than that, we were quite happy.

Nice comfortable and clean room found upon check-in. The front desk attendee was super friendly and extended kindness each time we visited the front desk. We'll definitely return on when visiting the Pittsburgh area.

Terrible stay. Had a double room and the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. Also the water and the elevators were shut off during our stay. The elevators were down intermittently for two days of our stay. The water was off for 4 hours even though the notice that was left in the room the night before said only the hot water would be affected, the water was completely off so we were unable to flush toilets, take showers, etc. We stayed here another time in a king bed and it was much more comfortable but we’ll never stay again after our most recent experience.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot and well-pressured. Breakfast was pretty good. However, on some of the days we were there they shut down the elevators for repair, there was intermittently no water, and the pool was closed. That all may have just been a bad day. The thing that will not improve is the sound proofing. I could hear everyone in the rooms near me - even the guy across the hall on the phone. Both our doors were shut and he was not screaming.

I attended a conference. The food was very tasty and healthy. Our server was attentive and pleasant. I was very happy with the room - comfortable bed and nice linens/towels. The conference facilities worked well for us. The space was well lit and comfortable.
