The facility is horrible. The ceilings are leaky, and carpet is dirty. This place shouldn't be open. The staff was friendly otherwise I would've tried my luck booking some where else . This place is not safe

This is an older Marriot. They are in the process of renovating though. Carpet was worn and stained but everything else was fine. Paid a bit less than I usually do for a Marriott, so it was worth it.

The staff was all very friendly but the room felt dirty with stained carpets and a leaking bathtub faucet.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would.. We stayed here one night on our way to Panama City. I booked a room with a king bed and pull out couch. The room was TINY. Seemed like it used to be an extra storage room that they converted to a hotel room. Our room was also HOT.. There was no AC in the hallway or the rooms on the third floor. We called the front desk at around 10 because we were crammed and HOT.. They thankfully moved us to a room on the first floor (but not without an attitude). This hotel should be ashamed… the pictures on the advertisement are misleading and this hotel is a WASTE of money!

my grandson and I checked in on a Sunday. The room's carpet had a large stain in the middle of the room & it smelled like mildew. i couldn't get the deadbolt to retract after it popped out so i couldn't close the door. i went downstairs to tell the manager at the desk he offered to change my room. he showed me two more rooms both with large stains on the carpets. He said they are about to do renovations so no carpets are being cleaned. he showed me another room carpet dirty but no large stains i decided to take it since he told me he didn't have time to show me another room and it looked and smelled better than the others. I left & came back later that evening and upon further inspection the room was dirty, only the beds were made, sticky stuff on the night table with cup ring stain, bathtub had ring around it and dirt in tub, dust everywhere. i stayed 3 nights asked for my room to be cleaned everyday it was finally cleaned the day before i checked out. and i only received 1 set of towels when there should have been 2. At checkout I voiced my dissatisfaction to the general manager she apologized and said they were cleaning carpets. I guess the manager, just chose to show me rooms that were in that condition. he was very rude as I spoke to the general manager making smart remarks and rolling his eyes. he was very unprofessional. don't know what i did to get on his bad side but the rest of the front desk/staff were very nice, professional and accommodating.

Considering the Hotel under renovation from old to new it was pleasant!

It was very clean and very good customer service.

The property needs to be updated. Our carpet was fraying and torn and the bathroom had mold. The staff was friendly and the beds were good.

The rooms smells terrible like mildew or mold was in the first room we were in and when they moved us to another room you could still smell and unpleasant odor maybe from a leak in the bathroom or the air conditioner. I didn’t complain to anyone I just went and bought some Lysol Disinfectant Spray and suffered it out . I’m sorry I wasn’t pleased at all, but thankful that l had a place to stay while I was there in Jackson . Thank you for the provision and kindness !

All of the reasons we chose to stay here were in fact NOT available. Some things were simply misrepresented and other things were not functioning due to renovations we did not know about. We would have picked somewhere else if we had known the hotel actually did NOT offer what we were looking for. We should have been advised as such or at least offered a discounted price.

Don’t stay here unless you like to stay in the ghetto! Homeless living in the trees all around the property! We completely unloaded for a Florida trip and carried everything to our room for our safety! Dirty soap in the shower! Carpet stained! Noisy! Under construction too! First thing I did the next day was to get to our Florida condo and take a bath! Made me feel grungy staying there!

Property was clean and literally within 2 minutes from my event. No matter what time I got there, I always had a close park to the door which since I was by myself and coming to the propery around 2 am, it was safe for me to do so.

Pick another hotel down the road. Old and Dirty. Front door under construction. Side doors not locked.

The staff was great and the property was fine but the phones didn’t work. All the buttons were cut out of the phone. The tub continuously drips. The TV signal didn’t work. I don’t recommend this property.

The room was adequate but the TV was not in working condition and maintenance had to come up. The phone never worked. Elevator is extremely slow and does not sound safe, needs inspection. The bistro downstairs served me wine in a champagne flute and for the guest who would not know better that would be okay however I know better. I was charged $13 for what would've been a 6 ounce pour in a wine glass for about a 4 ounce pour champagne flute. Total rip off and a poor reflection of a Marriott a restaurant/bistro that has no wine glasses but yet has a bar

The hotel was not very clean and looked very run down. I expected better from a Courtyard. Would not stay there again.

There was a hole in the wall, one drawer was broken & hanging crooked on the dresser, the chair was dirty, there was a huge stain on the comforter & the bathroom was dirty. There wasnt even the tiniest piece of grass for our dogs to potty even though this was advertised as a dog friendly hotel. The only saving grace was the nice employees working the desk.
