Arrived to the hotel at 11pm and my room smelled of urine. I was offered a purifier. I declined as the smell was horrific. The person at the counter told me they were sold out and he could not offer another room. He ended up calling his manager and processing a refund. I was stuck booking another room at another hotel at 11:30pm at night. I had to pay a premium fee for the late booking. Would not recommend.

Stayed her for proximity to the university as this trip was for a college visit. Convenient location. Good room, with all the needed amenities. Close to food and other services. Shower was great and the room was quiet. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The elevator was out, since June, and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to the second floor. 😩

Our room was very dirty. There was mildew on the curtains, carpet was dirty, bathroom almost looked like splattered blood in there. TV did not work and we were told that no one was there to come look at it. I will not stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant! The rooms were clean and had everything a typical hotel would have. The elevators were not working due to renovations BUT that was shared prior to us arriving. Over all our stay was great!

The hotel was average. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The light in the hallway was out for two days. After a long day, we came back to find that our room had not been cleaned - no towels, body wash and beds unmade. The representative at the desk was sympathetic and got extra towels, but there must have been ink spilled on the top towel he gave me because when I went to wipe off the spot, it grew and got all over me.

Stayed 2 nights. Bed was comfy but breakfast was a disaster, too many people not enough room for everyone. We didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in our shower which didn’t bother us because we brought or own gratefully. Overall met our needs.

Checkin was extremely quick and lobby and rooms very clean. There must have been a water spill in the room by the dresser as the carpet was damp. Also bed definitely sagged as i sat om the edge. Middle and other side of bed are fine, but mattress needs an upgrade. Overall, very comfortable and clean experience.

Quick and easy check in. Spacious and clean rooms. Minor hiccup with an extension to my stay and was resolved quickly.

When we went to enter room. It was propped open. Front desk said it had been like that all day. Think housekeeping left open. Did offer to switch we decided not to, weary from traveling. But this morning woke up to ants all over food on counter by fridge.

Had a nice simple 2 night stay while we were in town to tour Purdue. There was construction being done on the exterior that limited some parking, and change of entrance. But that didn’t really impact much. I would recommend.
