Staff was great! From reception to the person who made breakfast. We arrived pretty late but was greeted well and both staff members were informative and made us felt welcome. When we got to our room the bathroom light was flickering so called the front desk.. thinking it was late we probably wouldn’t get it fixed til morning. The next thing I get a knock on and it was the service personnel. He was able to replace and fix the light. Great customer service ! They offer breakfast .. simple but satisfying/ waffles sausage links were my sons favorite.. room was decent and clean

Flew into Medford late. Was picked up by a very nice young man. The bed was very comfortable so slept well. The room was comfortable and clean. The decor was appealing in the rom and throughout. The desk clerk was nice and helpful at check-in and the manager was very personable - enjoyed our visit with her. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Our room was musty and moldy smelling. Everything was basic. No frills and very worn from walls to furniture to sheets. Sheets were snagged. Breakfast was minimal. Chair about fell over when you sat in it. It was clean and staff were friendly.

Everything was great except the room key did not open the doors to enter the building. It just wasn’t working! This was a safety issue. When we told the hotel clerk he didn’t do anything to fix it.

At the price point this was a viable place to stay. Hallways and rooms were outdated, and the mattresses had stains on them. The breakfast offered was limited, with the safest choice being the pre-packaged pastries.

Old building, but nicely renovated inside. The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. Nice arrangement of the closet and the sink area. Very pleasant color scheme. Good and reasonable price. Courteous and friendly hotel staff. The room had slightly musty smell, but once the AC started, it got cleared. We’d stay there again if we need to stay in Medford.

After a long evening of driving I checked in after 2am. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hallway and room were clean, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable enough. I felt safe and didn't worry about my car (parked near pool/lobby). There were no weirdos around the parking lot like I've experienced at other hotels along the I-5 corridor. The breakfast seemed adequate though I did not partake. I was disappointed there was only coffee mate and no real half and half but that's insignificant.

Long drive coming from BC, Canada. First of all, if getting directions to this hotel, do not click on the link in Hotels.com. It will send you to a Cherry Lane address. About 20 mins. away from actual address. The room we booked was adequate for an overnight stay. A/C was working good, considering the heatwave and smoke from the wildfires kept us from having windows open. Our Desk chair was broken. Hydraulic mechanism was not working. It was as described in the Hotels.com website. Free breakfast start at 7am, so did not get to try it as we left at 6am for another long drive down to California.

2 older ladies in our late 70's, gave us an upstairs room with no elevator. My sister in-law has shoulder problems and I have a bad hip. Asked for help with luggage since there was no elevator. No help.

The room needed some updates to everything from a torn no slip mat in the tub to a patched bathroom door, to a carpet that's seen better days. The staff were lovely and hard working, trying hard to keep the place clean. A nearby vacant building is an eyesore and a magnet for the unhoused.

The internet connection was very, very slow and erratic. The staff was courteous. I would recommend that if staff are going to smoke, they not smoke in front of the lobby with the doors open. It seems to defeat a smoke-free environment, and I do not like walking through cigarette smoke.
