Very poor service with very old furniture and facilities, the price for such quality is away high to my expectations,

I have stayed at this property many times before for the roof top terrace and the location. After bookng this hotel at a big premium during the olympics, I found out the roof top was bought out during my entire stay. The hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The plumbing, fixtures, furniture and carpets are not in good shape. Normally, I book the president suite which is not in as bad of a condition. Had I know the roof top was not available, I would have booked another hotel. And for my next trip, I will book a different hotel. Hopefully, the hotel will remodel in the near future because I do love the staff, the size of the hotel, and location.

The staff was wonderful - very accommodating as expected. The champagne in the room was a very nice touch. Loved the regal style and feel of the rooms.

Great location, service and staff. Concierge had great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us.
The property itself is a bit dated and tired. No electronic hookups in the rooms for devices and old bathroom fixtures.

This is the fourth time we stayed at this wonderful 5* hotel - now in the Champs-Elyssees Suite on the 4th floor.
Clean and bright with balcony surrounding the rooms.
Wonderful breakfast (room service), bar and
restaurant service.
Concierge and Pierre were outstanding;

We cannot say enough about this hotel - from the moment you walk in the door the staff make you feel special. Restaurant is wonderful and location is amazing! We had some French friends visit while there (from the South) and they have booked this hotel for their next visit in Paris ! This is a unique hotel - not just another boxy hotel room. And every member of staff we met was so helpful and professional.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil ambiance of this hotel. It exudes charm and sophistication with its antique furniture and 1920s theme. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, and the staff are incredibly accommodating. However, it’s important to note that there are no pool or spa facilities, and the TV offers only a limited selection of channels, primarily news channels.

Overall beautiful property! Wonderful amenities, location, and service. Too bad the roof was closed, and the bar closes early so be sure to ask about hours of operation.

Good hotel with comfortable rooms, but our room had a door connected with the room next to us and we had issues with the noise coming from there, there was basically no soundproofing. Breakfast was good but still not worth the 42 euros price per person, it wasn't various enough and some of the raw ingredients were just ok quality wise. Spacious bathroom but with only bath tub, no proper shower.

Overall the property is very old. The carpet in the room has all kinds of stains it’s quite gross. The room also smells weird. We were there in January and even we turned the heater to max was still very cold in the room. Gym is so tiny. Impossible to workout.
