We were there to attend a concert at Robinson Center. We parked our vehicle,
Checked in got on the Trolley
found a restaurant returned to the hotel and went to the concert. Everything was great including breakfast the next morning.

The hotel is wonderful, very clean, great location, and a great view of the river. Of the passenger elevators..one was down. This made the wait crazy during peak times. No cookies.

This hotel feels run down. No hot water in the morning due to high volume of showers. Several things in need of repair, such as faucet handles, tub drain, patio door latch. Front desk staff was disinterested, on their phones. We were never welcomed or asked how our stay was. Location was great as we were attending a production next door, but beyond that there isn’t much to be positive about.

Check in took 30 minutes and we are sent to a room with one bed and stairs when we requested 2 queen beds. Our children had nowhere to sleep and the stairs and railing weren't safe for our toddler. We went back to the front desk to request the room we paid for and were told they didn't have our room available. The room was dirty and dated. The front desk staff was incompetent. The elevator was shaky and loud. There was also an unexpected $15 parking fee. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. There was a couple in line ahead of us checking out soon after checking in due to finding bed bugs in their room. Awful experience!

When you walk in you can see that newer updates have been made, but then you get to the room and it’s not the case. For the money you pay, I will say the only thing that was good was having a balcony. The room is small, there is no fridge, all the furniture is old, the chair sitting at the desk was all torn up. They need to update the rooms. I will not stay there again. I wanted a DoubleTree by Hilton not a motel 6.

The hotel room was great! Large rooms and clean. The pool needs some attention. It needs cleaning and maybe painting. They did have plenty of pool towels, chairs, and loungers. Parking is easy. Staff is mainly friendly enough. We ordered room service-hummus and a club sandwich. They called back and said they were out of hummus and beef for burgers. So we reordered 2 club sandwiches along with the two glasses of ice we previously ordered because the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. The food came and we opened the takeout container it was in to find a pice of bread the another piece of bread that had 3 pieces of turkey and a few pieces of bacon. Not a single condiment was brought to us. Nothing for the sandwich or fries. There was a tomato and a piece of lettuce in the container. No cheese. This was a terrible excuse for a “club sandwich”. Do not order from room service. It was conveniently located for two activities we were attending so that was great.

Very old and outdated. Room had splatters on the wall, stains in carpet. The air conditioner was falling apart and had a musty odor. Have a sore throat and headache after sleeping with the air on. The coffee pot was dirty. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in as far as cleanliness. The staff, however, were great! There was an older man that runs the shuttles that helped us find parking. He was so nice!

This is how all hotels used to be with 5 star service! It’s a little older hotel, but the staff, the view, the location and the amenities are outstanding and makes it so worthwhile. I can not say enough good things about their customer service from checkin, bar area, support staff and room service ! Well done! We will be staying there again.

We stayed here for a meeting. The garage was a little hard to figure out since there is construction going on so the exit doesn't look like you should use it. The room was a little old and our shower curtain was in it's last leg, but it was all clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. It is really convenient to the museums and venues. We looked around the property after dark at the buildings next to it and felt safe. We would stay here again.

There wasn't a microwave in the room and we had Seafood that needed to be heated. The front desk clerk said we could not use the microwave in the lobby because she was allergic to Seafood. At the rate we paid, which was a good rate, I feel there should have been another option to assist us but the desk clerk never called us back.

Front desk was rude and uncooperative seeming to delight in ending coffee service prior to 9 AM. Also elevators were slow or out of order. Worst of all the shuttle which was supposed to been included, was “broken and unavailable”. I will certainly not return to this property and will recommend to NAEOP that they do not either.

Tried to check in at 2:45, they would not le me. Occupancy was pretty low for a 14 story building with parking garage maybe 10% full. Very old building that has had some cosmetic upgrades. Room did not have Fridge or Microwave. Shower had stains. AC has been managed by owners to save energy. You can set it at any temp ,but it has 4 deg range, and it got uncomfortable.

When I checked in, the associate of the month did not show anything but mono tone answers to my questions of I don’t know. How can you not know Where the fireworks were going to be in your city! Come to find out they were behind the hotel! The cleaning staff ignored all questions I asked about where common things were like the ice machine and swimming pools. I tried to cheer them up and they said that they were agitated. The room was dirty with denture cream still in the sink! Wallpaper was coming down in the bathroom. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The only staff that was pleasant was the buffet staff. Food was not kept warm and flies in the bread. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!

We had fire alarm go off two nights in a tow onece at11pm and the next night was 2am! The stairwell smells like cat pee. Not an apology for us having to get up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep and our children had yo get up early for the tap festival all week
