Horrible. I make the reservation and arrive to find out there is additional costs for pets which was not even stated in the purchase agreement. Add stated pet friendly not added costs for each pet. $35 per pet is a total rip off. I will never stay with this hotel chain in the future. They never tried to make it right could have cared less. Plus they originally put us in a very small room for 2 adults and 3 children. With no pull out bed or room for an air mattress. Disgusting… and lack of care for a family with their pets.

TV’s don’t work, staff is very rude, loud noise all night long, excessive charges.

Staff was considerate and very helpful. I think the lady that checked us in was Dorothy and she was a great help. Enjoyable stay and the heated pool is very nice.

Folks there were very kind. Only thing I didn’t like was a bunch of folks using all the towels in pool area and leaving them scattered, not sure they were even guests of hotel. But we liked location and having our dog with us made the stay better.

Small elevator. Pricy for those who stay with pets at $35 per night per pet. Checked around and there other motels that charged a fee per pet ONCE. For that reason I will be looking around next time for a better price.

Love this hotel very humble, clean, easy to access

Everything was ok for a overnight stay.

It was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many places to eat.

A great hotel. Want the biggest we've stayed in but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cleaned up amazingly everyday. Breakfast had a hot and cold section.

Our room literally looked like they had smashed in the room door and bathroom door and tried to fix it and restain the wood. You couls see the brush marks and those areas were sticky to touch. The window shade was covered in torn parts that lalet the light in and had a huge water stain across the center. There were two random bolts sticking 3 inches out if the ceiling above the bed and brown duct tape covering tears in a luggage bench. The bathtub plug was broken and you had to remove it for the tub to drain while showering. The air conditioner made ansound like a duing cat every time it shut off.

Breakfast was OK although sausage patties were dry and scrambled eggs were salty. Room walls were dirty. Linens were cleaned. Only one ice maker on the property. The entire bldg was a bit musty. Room AC worked w/o issues

The Baymont is conveniently located to our destination. The room was clean and we had fresh towels everyday. The hotel is quiet and staff are friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all!

Liked the convenience of dining options and close to things. Hotel is dated. Common areas clean but rooms not ao much. 2nd day in found bed bug. (Day checking out)

I like everything

The staff was friendly.I even check out late. Had an issue arise. That needed addressed .. so I checked out late and the staff was friendly and understanding to my Situation . And I understand the actions that were taking against me . Sorry I got banded but I must fill you in it happened on two occasions. All my fault. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I did love how clean it was but the smell of the cleaning products was overwhelming in our room. I have allergies and it had me sneezing till I got used to it.

Property needs some cosmetic updates and repairs, including air conditioning on the first floor, not working. Otherwise, customer service was excellent. Pool was perfect Temperature!

The property is old, but the rooms have been updated. The room was comfortable and slept well. Enjoyed the pool.

The in-room jacuzzi tub did not function. The sofa cushion had a dark stain.

The hotel was dirty and I felt gross throughout the whole stay. The gym was nonexistent and the size was the size of a closet.

The staff was fabulous! EVERYONE was kind and friendly. I misunderstood my bill & the lady was patient and explained until I understood it correctly. I know it's wierd to say, but I like that the pool is not dangerous (no slopes & only 4" max). You can't swim an Olympic lap in it, but I was happy knowing that you couldn't really drown unless you tried. The breakfast was hot & there was a variety. I'd just like 1 or 2 more options of fresh fruit is all. There were only apples everyday. Other than that the fluffy waffles were hot & freshly made with an option of plain or blueberry. So apples are a drop in the bucket. I loved walking to wherever we wanted to eat... no extra miles put on my rental car!! Also, the freeway was so close. Of course, the main thing was there were NO BUGS of any kind there, not even in the roll-away. That is the number 1 fear for any traveller, as far as I'm concerned. They passed that test with flying colors. I'm very happy about that. I couldn't ask for better.

Smelled bad

The staff were fine but the hotel is not kept up in the slightest. First room had bugs in blankets and gnats in the air while ants climbed out of the ac. Shower also would not drain. Got moved to another room with a broken tv and everything looked like it had been chewed in. Blankets were ripped up and towels at the pool area had glaring stains all over them.

It seemed like in some places the hotel was falling apart. The door to our bathroom had so many cracked spaces we just left it open the whole time. There were missing numbers and letters throughout the building and the indoor pool feels like it had sand in it. There were stains on the bench in our room.

Just get some better comfortable bedding and everything else was on point

Some chemical had been added to the pool that caused me significant eye irritation, literally a burning that took a day to resolve. I have done enough swimming to know that I am not sensitive to pool chemicals.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean w/o any odor. Very soft towels, comfortable bed and couch. Elevator smelled of smoke and grubby. Breakfast was good. Overall, much better than expected and we will choose again
