Very comfortable room with very little street noise. We stayed in a suite that was very large and plenty big enough for 3 people. Excellent breakfast buffet!!

Never disappoints. Always friendly. Far above self serve breakfast. Biscuits were a little dry, but gravy was much appreciated. Attentive staff always making sure everything is topped off.

I arrived early, that was on me. But I sat in the lobby for 4 hours. When i tried to check in, i told the front desk that id wait and to let me know when the room was ready. No one asked if i needed anything or communicated. I finally had to ask them. And amazingly the room was ready! So glad they told me. On my booking, I told them that I had a very long drive there a full day of training on Saturday and a very long drive on Sunday. I asked to be placed on a top floor if possible away from others so that I could get some sleep. I was placed on the bottom floor right next to an exit door and it kept me up all night. Not to mention whoever was above me, kept stomping around the room. I finally was able to go to sleep at three am and had to get up at five thirty. I told the front desk that I needed to cancel that night, not getting sleep, i wasn’t paying for a room. They made me contact hotels.com and jump through hoops to get the cancellation. The bed was hard and the room was subpar. The booking photos were very deceiving! I drove 8 hours there had an eight hour class and turned around and drove eight hours home with 2.5 hrs of sleep. I will make sure that my company never stays at this property again.

Rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pool is outdoor as is hot tub. Hot tub was running which was nice, but not overly hot. Breakfast was quite nice with a variety of options day-to-day. They kept it stocked and hot.

Poor quality of service with housekeeping. We requested daily service never came. We had empty Kleenex box, empty body wash, needed additional coffee - never received.
Normally we never had this problem before. Perhaps they just had a bad couple of days.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and let us use the breakfast area to play games with our friends in the evening. Breakfast was good too! My only complaint is that the hot tub needs a good cleaning.

Great Staff, very good breakfast, above average room, and good location.
The reason for some of my low scores were the fact my wife and I barely fat any sleep at all. This place has very noisy halls and some road noise. The halls were noisy all night long and it wasn’t even very busy. The hot tube is luke warm. We wanted to use it but it was a cool evening. Aren’t hot tubs supposed to be hot?

This is by far my favorite place to stay in St. George. It’s very nice, but not an ostentatious hotel. It’s clean to the extreme. From 5-7 M-Th they have a nice salad/nacho bar with drinks. It was lovely, especially our host. And the breakfast is amazing. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

The room was good size and very comfortable but, all of the doors squeaked. Wd40 would have been a great addition. The breakfast was very good, made to order omelets were excellent. Very clean and nice hotel, just squeaky doors

I have stayed at many hotels but the staff at this hotel went out of their way to male our stay comfortable. They were always cheerful whej helping and I will only stay at this hotel from now on in St George

The staff is amazing very friendly the room was clean but sadly it was very noisy so not our favorite stay of the year.
We enjoyed Zion and St George but when we come back we will definitely stay at a different hotel.

Great care of the grounds leaves the whole property very appealing and comfortable to be at. Beautiful landscaping, including the rocks and stream out front.
The rooms are well kept, leaving us feeling like we spent a night in an upscale hotel. All of the amenities were well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable! Complimentary breakfast had AMAZING selection, and was good food!

Room and halls smell bad, not sure if it’s the carpet, but in some areas it smelled like horse poop, service people knocked the room door at 8:50am and again at 10:20am, when the checkout is at 11am, it’s like they were kicking us out!
Don’t stay in room 245, because there’s a service room next to it and the employees wouldn’t stop slamming the door every time they would enter or exit

Great stay! This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is amazing ! And the unwind hour in the evenings with free snacks and drinks puts this place above any other hotel in the area we always stay here when traveling through St. George
