Wonderful hotel in the perfect location with very helpful staff

We have been to Paris many times and this was our first stay at Hotel Grand Powers. From our first entrance, we felt very taken care of and special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights in a room with a balcony (2nd floor). The room had one king sized bed and beautiful decor. The bathroom was marble and had a tub/shower combo and single vanity. The heated towel bar was a great touch. They offered robes & slippers. We were celebrating birthdays and we we welcomed by a sign & balloons, very nice touch. My husband sent champagne & macaroons to the room when we arrived, which were lovely. The bed was very firm, so if you aren't used to that, you will be surprised. The bath products are nice, but very fragrant, so if that's an issue for you, I would suggest bringing your own travel shampoo & soap. The lobby offered bubbles, tea, & light snacks throughout the day, which was very nice. The hotel bar was super charming with great cocktails and snacks. We did not have dinner there, although, the menu looked good. We did have room service one night very late (1 a.m.) and it came promptly and was by no means fancy, but did the trick. For context, I travelled with my 15 year old daughter. The room we stayed in is definitely just for 2 people. The closet was nice and there were built-in drawers in the dressing area. Daily we were left with a bottle of water each, which was nice. I would definitely stay again.

Very good stay, staff very attentive and friendly.

From the moment we stepped out of our hired car (greeted with moist hand towels and a glass of champagne) to the day we left, the experience was nothing but superb. The staff was always beyond attentive, striving to meet your every need and more. Our room 602 on a corner was wonderful with views looking over two streets. Location is perfect, just off the Champs - Elysees convenient to many places. There are many restaurants near by and the wonderful concierge is happy to make you a reservation as well as purchase tickets to various other sites/places. Breakfast is varied and the staff is wonderful! Love this small, luxury boutique hotel and will stay no where else each time I return to Paris.

Great hotel 2 minutes walk from Champs Elysees. Very nice spacious rooms. Great welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again although we didn’t get the free upgrade for gold members (which we are!).

This is an exceptional hotel in a great location just blocks from many main attractions and shopping. It’s always hard to know exactly where to stay in Paris because there are so many options, but I was really pleased with our choice this time and would definitely stay here again. Grand Powers also stands out for their exceptional service. While everyone we dealt with was helpful, Hugo in particular went above and beyond to assist us with multiple things during our stay.

Property was in a great location to explore Paris. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and very helpful when our flight was cancelled.

This was our first trip to Paris and the Grand Powers helped make it a perfect experience.The service was impeccable and the area was close to many sites and restaurants.

Excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff and all around terrific experience in a great location.

Our room was not ready since we arrived early. Once we got to our room the hot water didn’t work in the shower. After some time attempting to repair, we were moved to a new upgraded room which was nice. The clothes steamer we requested didn’t work and we were charged $100 for it. We notified staff of the error and it was taken off our bill. Unfortunate glitches in an otherwise memorable stay. Staff were very responsive!

The staff at this property are amazing. Very convenient. Very clean. Good ac. Well sized rooms. Excellent stay overall.
